Out 320 BW points. Customer service chat seems to have no suggestion other than to come post the issue on this forum which is totally illogical seeing as it is a real money issue that should be handled directly by a rep. They keep telling me "don't worry" and "it will fix itself in 24 hours" well it's been longer than that and I havn't seen it fixed.

I just purchased a spectre pack with 60,000 points. Gave me a failed transaction error and refunded my credits. I then logged off since the game wouldn't even search for games anymore.

Logged on about two hours later and now my points are gone and I have no spectre pack...

And it's happened to me again. Thankfully I was only trying to buy a Veteran pack this time, rather than Spectre.
So that's 80k credits down the drain so far.

Edit: If BioWare/EA are keeping track of this, my Origin ID is also BTCentral.

Im just saving my credits/BioWare points until they fix this... Kinda sucks I can't unlock anything right now... but its preferable to losing all your credits/BioWare points all for naught.

Happened to me. Once with 5k credits (negligible) and once with 60k credits (painful). Not only that, but then like so many others, I can't even start/join a new game UNLESS I exit the game completely, which guarantees loss of credits, meaning I have to sit through a couple minutes of "Connecting to EA servers" (which sometimes it fails to do), then multiple loading screens just to get back in the thick of things.

This should really be stickied! I just had the processing error, didn't lose any credits while in game, and then lost the 20,000 for the veteran pack that didn't purchase when I restarted.

Bioware, please figure out what is causing this and refend people their credits (and possibly Bioware points)!

At least one out of 10 went wrong for me. Just lost another 25k credits. Hope there will be no problems with the victory pack! :-(

this whole evening having the same issue - I cannot buy anything in store and after relog the credits are gone. Lost 40 k so far and definitely waiting with purchases - and with playing - until this is fixed. Definitely most annoying bug so far

Hmm, saw Joe Hegarty answer a few posts eight hours ago, was hoping he'd comment to tell us they're working on it... but I guess at this point I can just hope he took note and has informed the dev team.

I just lost 60k credits! How can they not possible give us refunds? Are the points not stored on their server? There has to be a transaction log from it dropping!

I had the same problem. Twice I did not receive 2 of my veteran pack (lost 40k) and the same thing just happened on my Victory pack this instant (I didn't lose any credits but I can no longer redeem the pack)

Lost 10 bucks. Bought some Bioware points to grab some DLC and a specter pack with the left over. Origin crashed while processing. Took the money out of my paypal and yet nothing in game and no real clear means of resolving the issue. Guess thats the last 10 bucks they get out of me.

Lost my pack from the event over the weekend and Bioware has known about this bug for how long now? This added to the BS I ran into when I had to re install Dragon Age and all the DLCs is really starting to make me think they don't know what they're doing. Combine that with I already hated EA and I don't think I'm buying anymore Bioware games.

Requested information: So I bothered a mod about this issue earlier and he told me they've been looking into the issue, but to help them out we should provide our Origin ID (not login name). Let's just toss up the basic information to keep things simple, folks. Maybe add dates and times as well if possible. Note: just to clarify, the only thing that was asked was the Origin ID, but I felt it would be nice to list our losses in a convenient format format. Don't lynch me if Bioware doesn't wind up refunding us

Got my victory and commendation packs but in the same visit to the store i lost a spectre pack and then later on, after a restart of the game i lost a premium veteran pack.

I just lost 66000 credits trying to unlock 2 premium veteran packs. This is in addition to losing all of my unlocks last week, which included a spectre pack and some recruit pack purchases.

I was just affected by this bug and lost out on my victory pack. When I restarted the game it was gone, but I was able to reclaim the commendation pack.
