Issue seems to be resolved. I've been able to buy packs all afternoon and this evening without issue. I still wish there was a way to get back all the creds I from when I thought this was just an intermittent issue >_<

yeah, you wish. just happened to me again with a premium veteran.

UPDATED: Lost another 60k (for 180k total, was previously 120k) last night exiting the game immediately after getting a refund from a failed purchase  This game...

UPDATE 2: It happened again! I even joined a game this time after getting a refund and it still didn't process. Guess I won't be buying anything until this bug is fixed...none of my purchases seem to be going through anyway, but at least I haven't lost any items or levels.

Also, I know for sure it's not anything on my end, since the same thing happens on other computers using my account, and other people using my internet connection don't have the problem (or at least, not nearly as often).

UPDATE 3: Had encountered some luck with successful purchases, but just now I lost another 60k. Total updated accordingly.

UPDATE 4: Purchase failed and then I got bumped from the EA server (not my internet connection, though) before the refund was processed. This is driving me nuts!

UPDATE 5: Same as update 4. Le sigh.

I just lost my Victory Pack. Every time I tried to redeem it I got the error message which tells you to contact support, so I've tried closing out multiplayer and then the whole game, but when I restarted the game the Victory Pack was gone. The Commendation Pack worked fine.

I lost > 85k so far. Don't know if it's a solution, but this error only occured, when i already was in the game and did play some matches. It happens, when you leave the lobby and go shopping. It never happened to me, when i started ME3 and went straight to the shop. So i got my victory and commendation pack without problems.

contacted EA support and got confirmation that it is a problem and no solution. Sounds like they don't intend to give me the credits I earned.

It has affected my single player. my stats were reset and lost all my credits. so im stuck near the end f the game at level 1 with no cash. oh the joy

Last night, when I noticed this for the first time, I was able to get the Victory pack and Commendation pack, but that was after I already lost 20,000 credits on a veteran pack. I'm worried to try and purchase another pack worth more than 5,000, fearing it will glitch out again.

The problem is back for sure. Yesterday evening I was able to buy packs (been unable since early weekend) but not anymore.
It is really unprofessional of BioWare not to address this.
