You're right, I do wish. After being able to buy Premium Veteran packs all morning long (probably picked up 4 or 5 of them), this annoying issue is rearing it's ugly head again. I just tried to pick up another Premium Veteran pack, it didn't go through. Then I wasn't able to create or join a new game. I relaunched the game, and now I'm out another 33k credits.
This brings my total losses to almost 200k

Bioware points lost: 0
Credits lost: 198k (2 Spectre Packs, 2 Veteran Packs, 1 Premium Veteran Pack, and one Recruit Pack)

I really had hoped that they'd fixed this

Edit2: looks like it was bought anyway - got me a Carnifex new weapon in my list.My case luckily closed.

Having this problem and now im scared to exit my game, i dont wanna lose 60k creds

EDIT: Just closed the game and reopened and lost 60k credits (origin id: Figgles)
EDITv2: Lost another 60k....
This needs to be fixed Bioware <_<

I lost 160 BioWare points last night. Talked to tech support, and they told me to wait and it would sort itself out. Yet now it's been telling me, since this morning, that the ME3 server is down. So I can't even check if it "fixed" itself, much less play the game!

Wish I'd seen this earlier. I think I've bought at least 6 spectre packs and then lost them to this very error--I used to think that they unlocked properly when I saw new items pop up, but then yeah, I noticed I had run out of medi-gel. Several vet packs sailed off into the sunset as well, and today a special vet pack to boot. My commendation pack didn't unlock properly--I got the terrible Hurricane and I think I unlocked new appearance options for QI or something, but that's about it. 

It keeps working and not working, off and on. I can never tell if it will function properly or not. Incredibly frustrating. I would just save the credits, but I want to keep playing and half the fun of it is buying packs and getting weapon upgrades/new weapons. Maybe I should just stop for a while, or stop buying.

I'll try playing a match after the error appears to ensure my credits are correct, though. Thank you.

Got hit by this a few days ago, wasn't sure if it was a graphical issue that I just couldn't see the items pop up. Then yesterday did it again and I was sure there are indeed no items deposited. Contacted EA, got the same msg as I got with the previous item reset bug...

I don't expect an overnight fix, I know these are complicated issues. What pisses me off most is the absolute lack of communication from them reguarding these huge issues. I mean this isn't a simple graphical bug or occasional game crash, these are failed microtransactions. I can think of few ways to ****** off a buying customer more than EA/Bioware has.

I entered the game, saw victory and commendation packs tried to get them but got the error.
Exited the game, got back in only commendation pack left.

I wonder what does victory pack contain if i got it by any chance, no new weapons or anything only thing that was lit was armory bonus some damage stuff. But since i never look at that thing, it could be lit from previous purchases?

In any case i didnt lost any credit, but didnt register what i got in victory pack if i got it at all since its gone from the list now.
Anyone knows what to do? How to contact anyone to get stuff back?

Whole evening worked fine. Now after midnight after some connection issues in game I exitted lobby, entered store, tried to buy special veteran pack and again lost credits. So my total is:
Credits lost: 73 k
Bioware points lost: 0

Encountered the same issue, attempted to purchase a Prem Vet Pack, purchase failed. decided i would try it later, logged out then came back, credits gone.

actually after purchase error you don't lose credits. You do recieve the items after restarting the game it just doesn't show what you get (otherwise I wouldn't have widow III since I never saw getting one). But yeah I've been getting this error on daily basis at least 4 times per day and it's getting really annoying.

I'm just grateful that I only spent in-game credits so far as I would really start being upset if I saw Bioware points(Real money) just vanish into thin air.

As a side note, this happened to my friends and I -- all of us -- at least once during the multiplayer beta. So, yeah. Sort it out, please.

As I posted in another thread before seeing this one, I spoke to an EA rep via live chat about this issue. The rep told me that the credits would be refunded in 2 to 6 days, which seemed weird to me for a reason I can't quite put my finger on. Why would it take six days? Banks don't even take that long with real money.

EDIT: Going through all of my multiplayer trinkets, I see now that I have access to the Quarian Infiltrator, which I definitely did not get during any of the "successful" purchases. It would be hard to say beyond that, though, what I've been getting for the lost credits. I haven't been keeping track of things like weapon ranks or weapon mod ranks.

spoke with ea chat person and they said they cant help me.  they recommended to post on these forums.
its already hard to unlock the things i want when its random.  when my ingame purchases only go through a small percentage of the time it makes it even harder to get these in game items i want.  im not expecting any of us to recieve the credits we lost but at the very least i think they should give us something like they did with the commendation pack in the first place.

Damn, wish I saw this thread earlier.

I lost 2 premium vet packs, 2 vet packs. Also lost my victory pack :S.
Oddly enough, recruit packs worked fine.

And another 15k credits down the toilet, along with about 100k exp from my last bronze match.  Finished the match, got back to the lobby, spent power points.  Then I left the lobby and lost the credits and exp (and the new level), but the power points remained spent, so now I have -4 points.
