Simply put... as i said before... this multiplayer should HAVE NEVER been released... just look at the trouble from the DAY 1 DLC... Ending Fiasco... and now this issue thats now effecting people that have spent REAL MONEY.... bioware .. if you are not careful ... the ice is gonna break right below your feet!
your user name / ID is half your security ... if a EA/Bioware Rep told you to post that info on a public forum they are IDOTS...
and i stand by my statement from a security consultant standpoint!

Except you don't sign in with your Origin ID, you sign in with your email address, much like how you sign into the BSN (which shares the same database, you might have noticed). I knew people could potentially make that mistake, so that's why I said "Origin ID (not login name)". It's no more a security risk posting your Origin ID than it is joining a multiplayer game (or posting here, for that matter), which shows your Origin ID to everyone in the team.hchadw wrote...

I respect your desire to keep people from being exposed to security risks, but it doesn't really help when you come out of the gate swinging over a misunderstanding on your part.

I would be very angry if it were Bioware points and not credits. I'm not using any bioware points until the bugs are fixed.

Currently have a ticket with EA regarding the loss of bioware points, however their supposed 24 hour response time is a lot of rubbish, apart from the initial acknowledgement email I have heard nothing now in 4 days. They have until monday and I will be contesting the payment via paypal.

I tested out the waters this morning partially out of curiosity, mostly out of necessity: I'm almost out of medigel >_<
I completely exited out of the game after finishing a MP match. I relaunched the game, went straight to the store, and attempted to pick up a Premium Veteran Pack. The purchase failed. I tried to go into a MP game, because if you can actually do that, sometimes it'll preserve your credits (according to the first post). I was actually able to get into a game, but lost my connection after Wave 1 completed. After that, I was completely unable to join or create a game. I quit ME3 and restarted it once more, and checked my Credits and gear. 33k gone, and no new gear to show for it. At this rate, I'm gonna have to stop playing multiplayer. Its not fair to my teammates if I play w/o medigel and rely on them 100% if I die
Still, Bryan Johnson, thanks for posting that you're looking into it. I hope you'll be able to do something for the people loosing credits as well as those loosing Bioware points

Tried to buy a Special Premium Veteran Pack for 33000 credits, fails, exit game, re-run game, credits lost and no new items.
Credits Lost: 66000
Bioware Points Lost: 0
Origin ID: yrisskiel
EDITED:
Edited to say that I have now lost a total 66000 credits.
Today, I went to the store to buy another Premium Veteran Pack, transaction failed, but then I also found that I had lost my connection to the game and was booted out to the Main Menu (it didn't happen last time). Also, I don't know if it might have anything to do with it, but when I went into the store and as it was loading, a friend messaged on Origin at the same time. Could it have clashed with something to cause the disconnect? Anyway, I couldn't do anything but to close and re-start the game. And voila, minus another 33000 credits.

"Regarding lost/relocked items – we cannot restore lost items at this time. This is part of what Bioware is working out, and updates to the situation can be gained from Bioware Social Network web site."
This to me is completely unacceptable, what is the point of even playing if my credits are getting stolen from me? Don't get me wrong, I love the multiplayer and I have put many many hours into it and not having ANY support on this issue is disheartening.
Playing the online multiplayer literally has no incentive if I can't buy packs. I'm stuck at a stale mate and there is no support from either end. I know Bioware is trying to fix the issue but it discourages me from playing if my credits are going to magically dissapear, what am I working towards besides disappointment? What would happen if I used my Bioware points and this issue occurred? Would I still be getting the cold shoulder from both parties or would I actually get my money refunded?

Not sure if that's happening for everyone. It IS annoying to have to check your equipment one by one to see if you actually got the contents of the package, but at least if that's the case, the credits weren't lost.
