I played the game and unlocked Driver Achivement and got N7 Helmet Avatar Item.
Next day my Avatar Item was missing, but the Driven achievement is unlocked and I can not unlock again the Avatar Item.
Okay, I bought From Ashes DLC and restarted the game, maybe I can unlock the N7 Avatar Item, but I had no luck with it. I completed the two achievements of the DLC and unlocked Omniblade Avatar Item (Striker ingame achievement). Today some of my achievements have missing ingame (game menu -->Accomplishments):

Striker, Freedom Figther, Prothean Expert

And the game do not detects the DLC now.

Why I have no luck with Mass Effect 3?

Avatar Item is not working, some achievements what I completed is not recognize by the game and the DLC is not detected.

Dear Bioware Developers please fix these bugs.

Avatar items need to be downloaded from the marketplace by clicking on the item from the avatar awards page.

I hope you understand now what my promlem is. I download the N7 helmet if I could, but it is buggy.

I would be very happy if Bioware Developers fix these problems.

I had this problem, the item wouldn't appear in the awards section.

I don't know what I did but all of a sudden it appeared, literally I unlocked and checked it at 4PM and it wasn't there, when I checked again at 11 that night both awards were there.

by chance are you using different xboxs to download stuff but putting it on the same harddrive (i ask as a friend of mine dosent have the internet so he brought his harddrive around to use my xbox/harddrive but downloads like those tend to only work on one xbox so they wont transfer) other wise i would surggest emailing ea/bioware support

I experienced a similar problem! In mass effect 3 CE, I accomplished several in game achievements... most of them still show up, but several of them spontaneously disappeared (5 specifically) ... I still have the correct gamerscore points for them, but the achievements dont show up as being unlocked... and because of that, I am unable to use the avatar awards I unlocked as well.
I actually earned the helmet twice... (I restarted the game) and even equipped my avatar with it, but then, it just disappeared...

I have a similar problem with the avatar awards:I unlocked the N7 helmet,I used it for a few time,now I see that it's gone,even if on th app of my Ipad(my xbox live) the avatar item is still there and equipped. I don't know what's the problem, but i think that it is a bug :/
