ok so in me2 cerberus brings shepard back to life right?

now what if tim implanted shepard with reaper tech similar to paul greyson?

it can explain shepards 4 dreams of the kid dying and the events when you face tim on the citadel?

notice the black swirls in the dreams and the tim scene

also note that if wrex died in me1 you can hear him in the dream sequence after mordin dies on tuchanka

could shepard be losing his mind do to reaper tech inside him?

this could also explain the squad deaths on earth and reapearing on the crashed normandy

I don't think so. Miranda is sure about that. But... you remember Arrival DLC? No matter what you have did, you got unconscius on "the operating table". Besides for all ME2 Harbringer wants Shepard's body. After Arrival, he don't need it no more. Shepard IS indoctrinated, I'm sure about that. And if I'm right, BioWare is genius:devil:

I think TIM in the last scene is no real TIM, only Shepard imagination. The same with Anderson and child. And for faithless:

Ah yes, "the other ending"... Epic and well-considered, allegedly available on April or May. We have dismissed that claim. ;)

If Shepard was indoctrinated, why didn't the Prothean VI on Thessia notice? It noticed Kai Leng was indoctrinated.

No one is saying Shepard was fully indoctrinated on Thessia. The indoctrination theory is that the Reapers are making their first real pull towards indoctrinating Shepard when s/he's knocked unconscious in London.
