No. But I'll not be pre-ordering any of their games, will wait for player reviews first. Still not going to reactivate my SWtoR account, out of principle.

BG2, DA:O and ME1&2 were just too awesome to dismiss them - let's hope they learn from this.

Yes, bioware failed me.

Even DA2 was not bad enough to leave such aftertaste.

If you do, be sure to fix the "and" typo! :wizard:

I don't think I'll be actively against them... I just won't buy any of their products anymore. I just want to feel like all the time I spent with the games/books wasn't pointless. Seriously, who's bright idea was it to have an ending that makes the entire trilogy completely meaningless?

The worst part, is that the rest of the game is fantastic. Of course it has its flaws like the first two, but up until the ending it was everything I was hoping it would be.

Yeah me to, and if Bioware don't fix this it will be the final nail in their coffin.

Being Anti-EA is overboard. Bioware has creative freedom, I know they do. It's not like John Riccatelo put a gun to mac and Casey and said to make this abomination of an ending from your napkin notes. They want online passes and DLC money. Bioware is doing that for them.

The ending was purely Bioware and Bioware alone.

Actually ME3 made me anti bioware to be completely honest...

I cancelled my SWTOR account and have since sworn off bioware games, the only way I will change my opinion on this is if they issue an apology and fix the ending...

EDIT:  The ending as nonsensical and identical as it was (regardless of what you "choose) has destroyed the ME series...  Even a tragic ending would be fine if it brought some sort of closure, but this ending....

I should have just listened to Marauder Shields....

They lost a lot of good will with me, and with others. I don't think they can walk away from this unscathed as some people think, we're not quite the Lemmings we are given credit for. I honestly think, if they mishandled this, ala charging for an ending, it could spell the end of the company, I sure will be done with them for a while if they charge me for a proper ending.

What makes me mad is that I bought the Collectors Edition. If I had known I was going to get ripped off this badly..... I would certainly not have spent the extra money on it - or gotten it at all.

That may seem like I am all "boo-hoo" and sniffly. I am, I guess. I thought the ending was that bad. It was such a ripoff, it was so terrible - so unbelievably cheap a cop out that I must say I am done with this.

If they can sit there all smug and stand behind that ending like they are - they will never get another dime from me. They have grown too out of touch with the fan base, as well as good writing.

Why someone would end a series as amazing as Mass Effect with a dime store joke is beyond me.

Nope

Although DA2 was a huge let down. I'm loving every minute of ME3.

I'm about 8 hours in and I love how they merged ME1 gun mods with the run and gun style from ME2. The story has me on the edge of my seat. This is great stuff.

I'm not going to be anti-bioware. I'll just never preorder their games and wait for reviews.

To be honest my biggest problem there was "Why should I fight Orsino if I'm defending the mages... WTF?"

The ending just  left me wanting to see more of the story/wanting the Templars vs Mages DA3... and that got increase dby the last book...

The ending of ME3... it is so devastating, that I can't hardly put words into how depressed, betrayed and disapointed I feel.

If this isn't fixed to my satisfaction, then I will no longer view them in even remotely the same light as I always have. Honestly, the damage to that relationship may already be done.

Anti-Bioware? No, but I'll no longer be Pro-Bioware, either. I don't buy many games, but I own pretty much everything Bioware has produced. I end up buying almost all of their DLC, with a few craptastic exceptions. I won't be doing either, in the future, if they don't make an effort to provide us the endings we have requested. Their games will have to get great reviews from people I know and trust (not IGN ;) ) before I'll consider buying, in the future.

Im no Anti - Bioware , im Anti - Lies to sell a product , i have almost all Bioware games , i used to tell people " Bioware can do no wrong" , i have DAO CE , ME2 CE and ME3 CE , i didn't buy Dragon Age 2 because i hate the Demo and i think is a above average game at best and im a die hard DAO fan.
After Dragon Age 2 i lost a little trust on Bioware , but when ME3 came , full of choices , 16 endings , all you did matters in the end , etc ... I was stupid enough to Believe , well they lied and i cant have my money or my time back , but i dont give them my money anymore , i didn't miss Dragon Age 2 and i sure i can live whithout Dragon Age 3 or Mass Effet 4. Im only one person and i know they dont go Bankrupt because im not buying games from them anymore , and i dont care , i dont like when people thinks im stupid and they can lie to me like this , they will live very well whithout my money , i will live very well without their games.

PS - Sorry for my English

I reject these 2 demands utterly. You can't force me to accept a fluffy disney ending where your superweapon is space magic that destroys the bad guys and only the bad guys, no more than I can force you to accept anything.

In control ending, the relays don't explode quite so hard (might be fixable) and the citadel is preserved so I think that's closest to the ending you want.

Thats not a Disney ending, that's an ending like we got in the first two games.

Frankly that's what most people would have expected, and we'd have barely any complaints about it bar a small minority who dislike happy endings.

Beside which, this is a game about player choice and variables. We should all be able to get what we want. Including heroic sacrifice and triumphant victory, as well as loosing completely.

Lets not start slagging one another off for wanting different endigs, beacause the lack of variety and choice is something we're all pissed off about in the current ending.

Hold the line, stand together, let's rigt for each others endings, not just out own selfish desires.

Haha yeah if they fix this then I'm gonna be like "Bioware you know I can't stay mad at you "

But if they don't I'm gonna avoid their games like an awkward ex gf
