She says she "loves you" if you been faitful throughout the three games.

She says it if you just start a new ME3 game without importing from ME2, also.

Nope. She doesn't say the L-word it if you start a new romance with her in ME3.

What about the goodbye scene?

I mean in the sex scene. I'm not sure about the goodbye scene. But I'm sure no blue children for non-LotSB Shepard

I expected something more substantial since it's a game..... like, a rocket launcher called the Shadow Broker or something lol.... or a story addition like children in ME3, something huge for sticking with the romance for 3 games... I mean, did you see Miranda's butt? lol, jk

She says "I love you" in the goodbye scene. No blue children mentioned, though.

But there is a super cute scene that Liara sits on Shep's lap and kisses her/him. Only for faithful Shepard

Let's assume that (despite contrary claims) canon exists.

Perks for true-blue LI?

Only if you consider that Liara seems most likely to be canon, then the perk is that you followed the most likely canon choice.

Other factors suggest to me that these choices are also most likely to be canon: Balak lives, Garrus recruited in ME1, Wrex survives ME1, Rachni Queen lives in ME1, 12 quadmates survive the suicide mission, Conrad is threatened in ME1, Jenna is released from under-cover work, Maelon's data saved, Tali acquited, at least Miranda, (Tali, Mordin,) Grunt and Kasumi are loyal, the Genophage is cured, peace between the Quarians and Geth, Kalisa is embarrassed in ME1/2 but comforted in ME3 and worse of all: Kaidan survives Virmire.

That's not a perk, just make me follow the love interest the whole way through if it's canon

I agree with a lot that has been said here. There are bits a pieces of dialogue that are different throughout the game if you stayed loyal. I'm not sure what "perks" you may be looking for, but I think the growth and development of the relationship over three games is its own reward.

I have romanced every character and they are all nice subplots. But with Liara the Mass Effect trilogy feels like just as much of a love story as it is a war story (at least to me). Unfortunately, they didn't take the opportunity to flesh that out as much at the end as perhaps they should have. And that goes for all romances.

BioWare made these love stories an important part of the overall plot, but gave no closure at the end. And I felt that the most with Liara's romance arch. I cared more about her and Sheps relationship than any other LI because the romance is so fully fleshed out and is touched on heavily through all three games. That's just my opinion though.

I agree, I was kinda dissapointed too, that there was no reward. And no, being loyal to a video game character doesn't qualify as a reward :D
I mean it's no big deal obviously, but small things like, I don't know, Liara "moving in" in your cabin if you stayed faithful, would make the game much more personal and unique without much effort.
Unique is the important word here: it's just weird that the romance is the exact same regardless of your ME2 "activities". I really, really dont't want a ME space-opera with big jealousy scenes, just a small appreciation like the "moving in" would have been nice. This way it would feel much more like I'm playing "my" Shepard rather than some random dude.
A comparable situation is your spectre status. You either stay or become a spectre in ME3, which is fine. But again, the game would be much more individual and unique if I got some small reward for staying a spectre throughout ME2, like a spectre paint or an old spectre weapon. This, like the "moving in" is very easy to implement , but imo it would improve the feeling, that I'm actually playing my Shepard.

So there isn't any real incentive to stay faithful through all 3 games?...... eh, going back and shagging Miranda then

Such a jerk, just because there are no 'perks' for staying loyal doesn't mean you should cheat...

But I play it like I would in real life, I stay loyal, while others are just jerks.

As I say: If you can't stay loyal to someone you don't deserve them, thus you don't deserve Liara jerk.

Jeez..... get a life? lol, it's a game, fan your flames of video game passion by stepping away from the game system

I'm treating this as if it were a video game feature, why don't you?

Jeez, get some English skills.

Not what you seem to be looking for, so go ahead and cheat. Now let others play the game for story and roleplay.

hmm.... everything is spelled correctly, proper punctuation...... my assessment, you're being a douchbag just to be a Net Troll.  Can't say anything of significance to the subject matter is the equivalent of saying you don't think Mass Effect is any good because you aren't good at Math.... do you not see how much of a douche you are?  Carry on

You get a racy, biotic-based sex scene (they float biotically for like, half of it).
And the dialogue with Liara is different throughout the game if she's your current romance.

Isn't it a tad eerie knowing that in that floaty biotic sex act.... that if you get Liara too excited, there is the possibility all your vital parts would rip away into different directions of the room....

hi, I apologize if you've already discussed this (and I'm sure you already have) :P
I have romanced Kaidan in ME1 and Garrus in ME2 and 3 (I love the turian, I haven't the slightest interest in the human).
I've never had the courage to discover what happens in ME3 if first I tell Garrus I'm still interested, and then tell Kaidan the same at the hospital (with the 'upper' dialogue options and the bottle of wine). Will there be a catfight? I only know that, if you choose Garrus, Kaidan has no reaction at all. But if I 'play double game' shall I just spoil my romance with Garrus or I'll attend to a funny catfight or an outburst of jealousy from Garrus? Shall I have the chance to choose him even after that? Thank you :)
Sorry for my english ><

Probably a little late to answer that but...
No catfight between Garrus and Kaidan. The scene at the hospital, that you've seen already, is the only "jealous" reaction. After that, you just pick one and the other one backs off without commenting.
Garrus will very briefly mention Kaidan being with Femshep before if Kaidan dies after the coup.
