New to the series, lvl6 and thoroughly enjoying the game thus far.  But where can I find a useful tutorial?  There's a big difference between the ingame tutorial which is overly simplified, and the descriptions of weaponry and squad talents which is written in gamespeak --- which to a novice is obtuse.  I'd like to learn a bit more about when and how to use the talents of other member's of my team, how to hotkey my own talents, how to switch weapons for different situations, which squad member's are best for which combat, etc.?  I don't need nor want a walkthru of quests, just a guide or Youtube of realtime encounters and taking full advantage of my gear, talent and squad.

This site should cover it. Luckily there are no useless skills in ME, so pretty much everything will be useful one way or another (well ok, Basic Armor line, is not the greatest)

here is small faq:

Hardening - tech and biotic resistance
Physics threshold - knockdown resistance
30dr on armor means 30% damage reduction
damage resistance is multiplicative. (damage * 0.x * 0.y *0.z)
weapon damage stat = damage per second.
