So for some (arbitrary?) reason, PC players aren't allowed to remap the "T" key from it's default "PC_Talk" action.  For anyone who uses ESDF to move and wants to use "T" as reload, this is an issue.

Here's how you can fix that:

1.) Download Wenchy's Coalesced.bin editor from here:
http://wenchy.net/me...lesced-utility/

2.) BACK UP YOUR COALESCED.BIN FILE!  This is very important, you never know when you'll need the original.  The exact location of this file will vary; mine is in:
C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Origin Games\\Mass Effect 3\\BIOGame\\CookedPCConsole\\

3.) Open coalesced.bin using the Coalesced Utility.

4.) Expand the "bioinput.ini", and then "sfxgame" sections

5.) Expand the "sfxgamemodedefault" section

6.) Expand "00000409" and click on "localizedbindings = (multiple)"

7.) On the right portion of the screen, look for the line "(Name="T",Command="PC_Talk")".  Click here, and change the "T" to whatever key you would like to use as the "PC_Talk" button in multiplayer.  Once you've made the change, press enter to confirm.

8.) Expand "0000040c" (it should be directly below the previous section) and make the same change.

9.) Minimize the "sfxgamemodedefault" section, then expand "sfxgamemodegui" (it should be just a few headings down from "sfxgamemodedefault".)  Repeat the previous steps for the "00000409" and "0000040c" sections here.

10.) Make sure to save the edited coalesced.bin file.

You can now re-bind the "T" key using the in-game options menu!

Although I don't want to rebind my "T" key, thanks for pointing this out. Might be useful for someone.
