Sooo, I was playing some multiplayer today and decided it was time to buy a pack, but couldnt because I continuously received an error (one or more of your purchases failed to process).
Tried it again but I kept receiving the error. Decided then to do put some points in my powers and then try the shop again.
Did that, but still, the shop didnt work.
Then I went back to powers and discovered I got those 5 points back I put into an upgrade of a power... WITHOUT losing that power... So I tried it again to see if I made an error (upgrading, then purchasing, and of course, failing at that), but then I had it again. Received an additional 5 points. So now I ve got 5 points more than somebody my lvl should have.
I hope this wont **** up my account, because I worked quite hard to finally get the class I wanted to play.

I have similar experience like you only it gives me 6 points...i don't know what i did to get that and i'm pretty sure i didn't buy any packs it sorta just appear when i reset my batarian skill tree(not sure if it will work again).
