I recently purchased some "bioware points" and was charged twice but have not received the points.
Please give me the points purchased or at least the money back. Nobody likes getting ripped off

The points were purchased using this account name. I've tried writing to customer service (which is impossible to contact) but have yet to receive any help.

same problem here your cash they will take instatly to give you what you paid for that will take a while SUCKS!!! bioware what is going on???!!!
