Hello,

I think I need to reinstall my system becouse the windows is badly damaged after a hardware failure but I won't risk it until I don't know what will happen to my perorder items. Will origin recognise that i redeemd the codes and after re-install will it give me the items back or do I need to obtain new promo codes from EA or i will compleatly loose them? Oh and I have the PC DVD version.

The preorder codes (and, indeed, any codes for Origin games) are tied to the account you log into Origin with, in exactly the same way as it works for Steam. Therefore, you can install Origin on any PC you like, including yours after reinstalling, and download ME3, complete with all the relevant preorder items.

In fact, if you look at the game page in Origin, it will show you a list of all the items you've redeemed eg From Ashes or the preorder guns.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just looked up the Game info in Oringin and you were right there are all my downloads thats great. Thanks again.
