Apologies if this has been posted before (and BioWare, why not sticky this somewhere??) but I resolved my GAW issues. I could not for the life of me get Galaxy At War to Work. I tried via in-game and via the iOS DataPad App... neither worked.

I saw all sorts of posts about "contact a Dev" and everything else. After trawling around BioWare I found a link to create a Mass Effect 3 Persona. As soon as I created it... Bingo! Everything Works!

It will tell you whether you have a Persona or not. If you don't, click the "Create Persona" button and GAW should work.

I really do not understand why this is all so freaking difficult, but at least now my GAW is working... yay!
