Warp + Throw is so reliable and easy that I'm in love. Fire explosion takes some coordination but it's very worth it. (Or you can just throw incinerate at mobs while your buddy throws overload and know cool will happen.)

I don't see how thats a glitch, in single player you can combine it with inferno armor and customise Nova so all powers recharge quicker and in conjunction with Charge's barrier recharge you are practically invincible so long as you keep up the offense and it is all legit when you calculate it properly when you're leveling up.
