I picked up my CE from my games dealer an hour ago. Installing it now; to bad I have to work tomorrow, but oh well; 1 day till weekend.

My CE truned up 7am this morning so installed it and then have gone to work for the day. 7 Hours then I'll finally get to play.

That sucks. Because we are having mail strikes in the UK, they sent it as a parcel, and that's why I got it early.

I preordered the Collectors Edition on 10/27 directly from the EA store.  I called today 11/5 to find out where it is and was told the order was AWAITING UPS PICKUP. Neither the CS rep nor his really unpleasant supervisor Jessica ID#105306 were able to tell me when this game is shipping. I also can't cancel it until I receive it and return it.  Didn't someone write a book "Catch 22" about situations like.

Jessica told me to call UPS even though they hadn't picked it up.  I was also told "This is just the way the system works".  Of course no chance to talk to anyone above this moron.

After much debate and research I finally picked it up for PC instead of 360. Had to update to SP3 but thankfully that went smoother than I had planned. No tweaking needed so after a nice quick defrag and cleanup I rebooted and prepared for install.



Menus and music are just beautiful and installation went without a single hitch. Video was smooth. Nice config utility to auto detect your PC settings and your in the game. Registered my game and DLC and everything went in smooth as glass. Now for a big defrag, need to make some coffee, and then roll one up.

So I was sick today and had to stay home (it wasn't the swine flu). DA would have been really fun to play, but unfortunately, I still don't have it. So I spent the whole day watching TV. Pity.

I finally got it today. from Direct2download. It runs beautifully and so far I'm very impressed with all aspects of the game. Thank you, once again Bioware, for bringing me joy. <3

I'm a little late I guess, but I'm in the States and I just purchased my version via Steam.
