Ordered from Newegg. Only $50 for the collector's edition (sorry, it's not that price any more) and free 3-day shipping. Except UPS delivered it in 2 days. Only downside is I didn't get any of the pre-order items other sellers were offering.

I've got a UK steam version pre-loaded...

The steam page just tantalisingly said "unlocks in 1 hour", but has now switched back up to 15. Curse you, you mischievous digital distribution god!

EDIT: Hah! My obsessive refreshing has paid off: now 100% ready!

Ordered the pc-CE yesterday from Bart Smit in the Netherlands (the first day you even could order it at all...so no preorder.) and got it today. Great to finally be able to play

It's beyond me why they wouldn't wanna take preorders at all, the launch in my country seems to be an ultimate mess. Customer service even told me the pc-CE version wouldn't even be in the shops?

Anyway, I am very happy i can play, too bad I am doing a night shift right now, although now I got some time for the forums...

UK Digital CE unlocked on D2D and installing now 
Also, all the serials for bonuses and DLC content are on my D2D page so no need to wait for any emails!

Picked up collector's edition at Best Buy today and have been playing for a few hours. Great game, better than I expected!!!
