I had a few minor issues, of course, but nothing that came even remotely close to the ending.
Is the ending the only thing you hated in ME3?

I had very small gripes with the game, but that Ending... everytime I try to play the game I just keep thinking of that damn ending and it depresses me.

Yeah I really have no criticisms about ME3 besides the ending.
But, the ending ruined the whole series for me... so there's that...

Aside from the ending, there was some stuff I disliked or wish they did different, but nothing I *hated*, well, except maybe the recurrence of the child in dream sequences, they felt stupid and
forced, Shepard has seen thousands die, and a lot of close friends and
innocents, the silly "omg he's on fire" dream sequence belongs in TNT
B-rate drama reruns, not a Space Opera.
The closest thing otherwise would be the journal, I wish that actually tracked quests.
There are things that annoyed me,
I would have liked Harbinger to play a larger role in the story.
The Rachni seemes like they would have a bigger role but basically just made a cameo.
I would have liked the Kai Leng fights to be a bit different, he felt really "gamey", like a WoW raid encounter, and not like an equal to be defeated. The renegade interrup to end him though was *AWESOME*.
The Rannoch Reaper encounter was a bit frustrating as it wasn't really clear at all what you were supposed to do.
But all things considered though, the game was still excellent up until the last 5 minutes.

Oh you want a list? There was a hell of a lot more I hated.
Rachni quest, no matter how you dealt with it in the last games... Ends up the SAME.
Loathed Vega, but I personally think including Freddie Prinz Jr. is like multiplying by zero.
Every female character didn't need a boob job.
There was no urgency to the mission, (Plenty of TIME for DLC! YEAAAH!!) since no matter how long you took, earth stayed the same.
Fetch quests? We haz them. Lots of them. That's... about it for side quests.
Shorter than the other 2 games.
Less RPG than the other games.
No Neutral options for the most part...
that's just to start. I can go on if you'd like.

A few things, but those are fixable.
Journal/Quest system... Really needs a way to track progress and maybe a separation between main quests and minor ones, like on ME
Vega... I really can't stand him, but that is easy... I just don't use him... the bits in spanish just come out so forced that it is not even funny.
Diana Allers: horrible voice acting... get some assets and then try to forget she is even around.
The face import bug
But that is all... nothing major... besides the endings

Many ME2 cast members roles, especially Miranda's.
But they all pale before the horror of the endings.

It' the only thing I disliked. I'm not going to say I hated it. I'm just disappointed with it. I'm sure Bioware has more to come, but if not, then I can happily say that the other 99% was a masterpiece.

I cannot accurately describe my disgust for the current ending.
The rest of the game was pure gold however. Could've used a bit more dialogue for Liara IMO since after her romance scene on the citadel there was no more dialogue with her until the 1 scene after Thessia. Other than that I loved the game.
I pray BioWare fixes the ending some day so I could start another playthrough. As things stand now however I don't feel like even starting up the game again.

I disliked the new quest journal, as it was entirely non-functional. There were a few game-freezes that were fairly annoying too.
But the only thing I would use a word like hate for is the ending, yes.

Tali's face, maybe the journal system.
But no real major complaints. The game was stellar until the end. I really wish I had the motivation to play ME3 again, I'm sure there's many gems I haven't seen yet in the dialogue.

The journal and citadel side quests were AWFUL.
Also needing MP for the good endings (Even if you do everything, theres VERY good chance you need it for 4k. 5k is impossible)
Other than that I wouldn't have minded a bit more crew interaction, but overall the rest of it was great.

Side mission. no neutral answers, dialogs don't give choice, journal, old decisions= small impact, no much new decisions, everything reduced to points and nothing else, Citadel- very small and it's only hub... ME3 is step back- few things are added an many removed.

I'd also add "Tali Face Reveal" to the disappointed list.

mission journal (or lack of it), 'fetch' quests got old after doing few, avoiding reapers minigame is nothing but annoying (and it looks silly), some minor issues like handling non-Liara-or-VS romances (horrible ending uses Liara as a default*), and again - no option to remove helmet while wearing an armor set. Also, Tali deserved to have a true face reveal on Rannoch, not some lazy photoshop work.
But these are minor complaints, details which you can easily forgive and overlook, the journal being primary con.
*I don't treat that like a real problem, Liara/VS serves well as a character you knew the entire trilogy, not just a LI.

Just a few texture problems and other little, negligible things. And that's just it: everything else was forgivable.
But that ending? Never.

Stupid side missions you had no choice or control over.
Having to do multi-player in a SPRPG to get the 'optimal' ending choice as it stands.

I hated having to choose between mordin and wrex. I understood it from a story perspective, but i still hated it.

#1) I don't like the skill development. There is little reason not to be a soldier and simply pickup your favorite biotic power or tech power. Little to no useful specialization. Ammo as a skill sucks. But I live with it because I like the cinematics.
#2) Side quests. Really? ME1 had a rich storyline. ME3 is basically you scanning planets and bringing back stuff to the citadel.
#3) Ok, I really don't need to have LI possible with every Tom, Dick, and Harry in the game. Really, it was like a bad TAG commericial where everyone woman, man, and alien was in love with Shepard. I'd prefer to expand contact with fewer characters then have such little interaction with the characters on the ship.
#4) Nobody misses the elevators in ME1 where the characters made comments? The Citadel is weak now.
#5) Forget everything you've done. The little boy says only one option results in your death, but reality is they all do. Meanwhile the entire galaxy is stranded in unknown parts of the universe. All because a synthetic lifeform wants to save organic life from synthetic life. Go figure.l

Well, the voice acting for Diana Allers was excruciatingly terrible. Her outfit was pretty lousy, too. Other than that--and the ending, of course--no real major complaints.

Some minor issues, but the ending is the only thing I can honestly say I "hated" in ME3. Hell, even despite the ending I'd give the game like a 9/10, but if the ending was fixed I'd happily bump it up to a 10.
