That's actually an edited picture. The guy asked them if they thought the people that were complaining about the endings were ''whiners''. The Mass Effect twitter which starts  with ''We don't.''  was replying to that question, not about the endings.

Just realised maybe the game cannot continue after you beat the indoctrination because the crucible isn't a win button. Just a powerful fortified weapon that can destroy reapers in one shot.

Therefore crucible + resistance fleet is too much of a match for reapers. So once you shoot down 2-3 the rest got into FTL. The war then rages on for like 50-100 years.

Shepard dies of old age while the war still rages.

Basically he is john connor. Lets just hope the reapers can't use time travel

This is blatantly untrue. That would imply selling an incomplete game on purpose in order to force others to buy DLC. If the DLC were free, that'd be one thing, but if it's paid, no. They'd get in so much trouble for selling something incomplete while making claims to the contrary.

Its a long shot but there is a chance that BioWare played a joke on us.
Can someone check the game resources to see if there are any that aren't used by current game?
BioWare could be activating the proper ending at a later date.
Not sure what they are trying to accomplish with the raging fans... Unity? Unity of fans against a common cause? Sort of like in the game?
If the extra ending content will come in DLC it won't be fair since people bought discs. Is internet connection required to play single player?

one of the theories is that there was a planned dlc , possible free all along,

'Activating' another part of the game has already be thought of..people have gone through system files (or however they search) already and would of found something. Not to mention hackers ripping the game. If it was on disc already they would of found it

As for this interpretation of the ending, you can choose to believe if you want. There's no evidence that anything of the sort is actually intended (anything but, in fact).

I am pretty sold on this. I think this interpretation is close if not spot on and it seemed like BioWare has all but blatantly said there is more coming. It seems like scoring that high enough EMS rating to see the rubble scene there is more of a sneak peak of what's to come than anything else. Glad I stumbled across this thread. The tweets referenced on page 7 as well as the video spell it out really well... Hell, I would pay for it if it's a full DLC that continues the ending but we'll see what happens. It makes sense.

I think that is the crux of it realy.. it makes sense.

Where as, if taken literally, the endings make no sense.

I am pretty convinced there is more coming though. The tweets and other comments the reps have used in response to questions on this subject have hinted at it big time. There is a light at the end of the tunnel!

For sure - the tunnel has a light at the end, would be good to get acknowledgement of the light soon however.. would set A LOT of minds at ease.

My tunnels light is shining bright, I'm off to do a Half Life 1-2-ep1-ep2 run.. once done I hope DLC will be announced and my space magic gun can get to action once again!!
