It worked fine in my first game, but the "Find Artifacts" planet isn't registering when scanned by the Normandy. The planet is highlighted and the quest is still open but it doesn't matter how many times I scan, EDI never picks anything up.

I COULD finish the quest by killing Oraka, but I don't want to. Also, clearly a bug. =(
