I am a disabled gamer with very limited use of my right hand. Therefore utilizing keyboard and mouse is very hard most of the time. I have a multi-button programmable mouse, but even that is limiting for games like Mass Effect 3 where dodging, rushing from cover to cover, and generally being quick overall is important to combat.
Right now, I am on my second playthrough and about ready for my third. But, I am forced to play on the casual/narrative difficulties. While I appreciate you implementing that feature, I still am unable to enjoy multiplayer as well as the actual game itself because I want more challenge. You have done a beautiful job with this entry in the series and I am grateful for that, but I cannot fully get the fun I would like from the game.
My plea is for the implementation of Xbox controller support. I have a special one designed just for my disability and it's very frustrating to me that I cannot use it. With it, I know I can raise the difficulty up and even hold my own in multiplayer. I use the controller for such games as Skyrim and Kingdoms Of Amalur and am able to have the difficulty past just casual. I want to be able to do that for ME3, especially since the combat is so great.
Please, hear my plea and do something about this. It would mean the world to me.
Thanks, Otaku Hanzo

Well, if you need a boost to your galactic readiness in the meantime, you can play with me.

Well, thanks for the offer, but I'm saying I cannot even do multiplayer right now. I mean, I can load it up and stuff, but the combat is beyond my capabilities right now until I can get a better control option. Once I can get that, I will gladly bust heads in MP. Not worried about my readiness though. I'm a completionist and had my war assets maxed both times as soon as the geth and quarians join up.
