My collector's edition shipped without a DLC code for the Normandy prop (yes, a silly gripe but I did pay for the thing). I ordered it through an online retailer so it would be a pain to try to get this fixed that way. I tried going over to the technical support site for EA but that thing is garbage. It's a bunch of FAQs. If there's a place where you can contact someone, it's buried.
Is there anyway to contact Bioware/EA about this. The game is registered, and I've imputted the code of the other CE DLC. I just need to talk to someone to resolved the issue, but I can't get any contact info.
