 As I am not a huge fan of EA's customer support, especially after the last time. When my items disappeared I assumed "wasting money" had just been redefined, so to speak. But I've heard some people have found help with this problem here. The night of the release I had acquired 8-10 spectre packs, 2 were purchased and about the same quantity of veteran packs, though I only purchased 1. So I spent the 400 Microsoft points I had lying around, only to have all my items disappear.
