What I'm starting to see is that people that are angry about the endings don't really want a solution. They say they want something to change it, but when something that has a high possiblity of being the reasoning of the ending and hope for closure in the future, it gets torn to shreds and every turn in logic is denied.

just watched the nightmares again and then played the ending with destroy option, If you take the codex entry into account, the evidence is clearly there, plus while speaking the IM says "i want you to believe me"
