It's fixed, you can participate in Operation Fortress.

Operation fortress is only an xp bonus. I don't think it is fixed, just handing out xp they can do no problem.

I'll wait and see to get my hopes up

If nothing else, it gives them and Sony some time to resolve their issues before the next event. But in the meantime I'm certainly not going to turn down some extra XP. :wizard:

I think it's unacceptiable. There is no reason to leave out 1/3 of your marketed audience. I felt like I was being treated as a lesser fan, or a less important customer.

thats why they are called BioFail :)

Bioware seem to be utterly reluctant to state where the problem actually lies.

It sucks massive ass that us PS3 gamers get shafted. We paid the same price, are invested in the franchise and care the same, but we get......nothing.

I'd say the smoke, mirrors, ignorance and vagueries all point to this being Bioware's issue rather than sony's, or else they'd say "take it up with sony"

I'm beyond furious that we as a community don't get to take part, and keep getting passed over, i just hope a Bioware statement comes out to explain, or they'll start losing fanbase.

What exactly is Operation Goliath?
What exactly are we PS3 users missing out on?

Why are we missing out so much content? This isn't like not having Captain Kirrahe and Conrad Verner (missing these characters is in an of itself a big deal). This is playable content.

It is extremly unfair to be punished or excluded because of my gaming platform of choice. I killed my share of Brutes on PS3 and didn't realize it was for nothing until after the contest was over.

This issue goes beyond Goliath. Users arn't getting equal experiences with games just because of what platform they play or where they pre-order.  Why should you miss out on weapons and armor, just because I didn't have a powerful enough PC or you pre-order with Gamestop instead of Amazon?  I'm missing an extra shotgun, because I pre-ordered the N7 editon on PS3 and not PC.  Is that fair?

I'm alright with exclusive content i.e. pre-order custom items, etc, but that's because I am allowed to choose which version I want to buy and what exclusive content I am choosing to get. My issue is with not being told that PS3 would not gain access to special multiplayer events that XBOX360 and PC users get. That is a choice that PS3 users should have been made aware of just like being told which exclusive items you can get for buying PS3 over 360.

Even though I own both the PS3 & Xbox 360 versions of ME3 - I'm still VERY UPSET that the PS3 version could not participate in Operation: Goliath! Bioware should not be holding special events that divide the ME3 community.

Adds insult to injury when the PS3 version references Operation Goliath in the Operation Fortress announcement. Thanks for reminding me about that event I couldn't participate in. e_e
