Easy. Comitting suicide, thereby destroying the Citadel and blowing up the mass relays releases bazillions of midi-chlorians, spreading throughout the galaxy in a green wave of benevolent dna-rewritin' goodnesss..

Remember how in ME1 Saren made a case for Synthesis/Symbiosis and Shepard shot that down? After that in ME2 and 3, TIM made the case for control and Shep shot that down as well?
