Click the ME3 icon and get the Update for Origin notice. Now 5 minutes of updating later the bar hasn't even moved even though it says 39 MB of 39 MB.

This being so tied to the Origin client is becoming such a PITA

Apparently Origin must have issues updating the client while Firefox is open so once I closed it, it went through.
