You know you don't have a valid argument when you say "Lets assume" forty-three times.

I assuming what the writers might have in mind already, It's only a theory, so I may have it totally wrong I may have it 80% right. I'm just giving you a complete plausible theory that fits the universe.

I like the idea that the planet at the end is Ilos, with the conduit linking it to Earth. Still too much space magic though.

Anyway I like theories, we need more theories.

Agreed the CEO of Bioware wants us to talk about it, so lets talk about it.

STFU with these theories. None of the BS matters anyway till BW responds. Its so pathetic.

I am seriously moving away from this movement if these are the people I am in it with.

The end we got is the end, period. WTF are we trying to change it for if you believe the indoc theory is true? All is ok in the ME world then so wtf line are we holding?

People are just trying to make sense of everything. I understand it can be upsetting. We need the endings changed to stop this.
Regardless
Hold The Line

SENSE is BW made a terribly bad ending. That's it. Nothing else was planned, they made a VERY BAD ENDING.

WTF with all these excuses for them. THATS my problem. Herp Derp BW is so smart and we are so smart for figuring them out. Hooray guyz we are geniuses that figured out the TRUE indoc ending. ( you know the one thats NOT IN THE GAME THEY SOLD US)

THAT is why I am upset and that is why I am giving up on this holding the line crap. People are dwawing up new lines everyone 30 minutes.

The whole point of holding the lines is to get them to change the endings and/or somehow incorporate them into a new ending that throughly explains everything. Saying he is indoctrinated would actually make that easier. If they do that then they don't have to re-write anything those endings are still there but after the choice they continue on and reveal that Shep is indoctrinated, easiest route if you ask me.

Yea you are right the reality is BW F'd up. They completely droped the ball. Theres no real way around it.
People dont want to bealive that happened, alot of us trusted and loved BW. its either admit that they completely screwed up a series that we love, or convince ourselves there is a deeper meaning to it.
I hold no illusions, I think BW screwed up big time. I hope they fix it and by dong this they repair their image in my eyes. You shouldent let it get to you.

The ending explanations, I am tired of it, whatever it is ... at its current state, I have a lost all interest in ME franchise, only reason I am is because I spent 80 bucks for CE and will play multiplayer to make my money worth...then I will go back to playing some other game ... hmm probably BF3, Bioware ended the story of shepard as they said in retarded fashion, that's it ... we should stop making theories and instead hold the line demand them to give us explanation instead

Okay

So the smaller relays hold the technology for the races to rebuild, there are still remenants of every race on their homeworlds?

Earth is devistated but Anderson stated that the Reapers concentrated mainly in the major cities, so most of the rural areas should have less damage and should be able to create crops. If the Geth are there they can also help rebuild Earth faster as they are with Quarian homeworld.

There are still other outpost on the other planets in the solar system, plus the fleets FLT drives may get them to closer habital planets in the meantime.

The writer can come up with any number of ways to save these guys.

I like the think the main reason all the races, and the Citadel if you chose the control ending are at Earth is because it will become the central place of the galactic goverment after the war.

LOL dude, take a chill pill. If you already convinced yourself that Bioware sucks and they screwed up the whole series, then good for you, it sure seems to be helping you get through this. We get it, you feel betrayed, and you now hate Bioware and everything they embody despite giving you countless of hours of entertainment for dirt cheap money compared to other forms of entertainment.

But most of us are convinced that they are pulling a fast one here. What is so wrong with that? It is bringing the community together, it is allowing us to talk to each other and express our own opinions on the matter. Why do you even give a flying f*** about what other people think if you already made up your mind. You don't like our discussions? Then GTFO. Let the rest discuss the matters, and make meaning out of this.

If you think this is just part of the "process" of denial, then lol, the same argument can be said for people like you, looking for someone to blame because you feel "betrayed" instead of looking at the big picture.

But hey, its your choice and most of us DON'T CARE.

Yes I'm assuming a lot, they haven't giving us much to go on. However the logic fits with the plot holes they've left, this is a marketing strategy plain and simple. They are giving us a choice now to save Shepard or to not, we still have some control of the ending. Bioware are keeping quite about this because they know the outcome.
If I'm honest I'm okay with the endings to me they feel open ended. They given Bioware the means to shape ME4 how they see fit, if they leave it this way. I just sure the logic of the above fits, it fits better than indoctrination.

They have already statedm in the Ap that they are selling the endings are as they intended. they have also stated DLC will be pre-ME3 ending stuff not post. get a gripe on yourself.
I'm at least happy that Bioware didn't purposely set out to sell us a ending via DLC to ME3 as you and those that won't except the fact that Bioware screwed the players on the ending for sensationalizm and Polarization as they themselves claim.

You arragant ass. These thoerys are bringing the community APART. There are now 5 threads of the Indoc supporters vs the the non believers fighting.

The GOAL that brought the community together was to MAKE BIOWARE FIX THE ENDING. Not for a bunch of forum people to come up with some random ending. BIOWARE has to fix the ending, not you. Who the **** are you people anyway cramming that indoc BS down my throat? I want BIOWARE to fix the game NOT YOU OR SOME OTHER RANDOM FORUM NERDS. (do NOT get offended at the use of nerds, i am on the board too so then I am also a nerd. i say nerd with love)

EDIT - again you ARROGANT ASS - I do NOT hate Bioware, I hate the ending of ME3. I LOVE everything else about Mass Effect, and I still love BG and most if not all of other Bioware titles. I am supporting this Take Back Mass Effect because 1) I think we deserve a better ending to a game we invested countless hours in. 2) it is raising money for charity. 3) I support Bioware and I think it is in their best interests to fix the ending so they dont lose customers since if they do they wont be able to make any more wonderful games.

So do me a favor with you BS about how you think I am feeling and go shove it up your pompus ass you POS.

Not really, wild theories implies no evidence. The Indoctrination Theory HAS evidence, there are little to no assumptions, and no one has been able to counter it. Those who counter argue, the only way they support their counters is with "poor writing", which again, is no evidence at all.

ANd how is this even damaging? It is creating publicity, it is creating a sense of community, people are coming together to discuss and find deeper meanings (with CONCRETE EVIDENCE) that make sense within the lore of mass effect. There is no damage.

What? Everything you just said makes no sense. I just told you that you are entitled to your OWN OPINION, and yet your telling me that im shoving the theory down your throat? These are forums, COMMUNITY FORUMS, no one is forcing you to believe in anything. Hell, your not even forced to click on the damn threads. The only one trying to shove anything to people here is people like you. Just read your posts.

And who says the indoctrination theory isn't asking for Bioware to "fix" the ending? The theory doesn't bring closure to the series, it merely suggests that it wasn't the ending. It suggests that the fight isn't over, and that there is more. Your not the only ones asking for post-DLC. The only difference is that you call it a "fix" to the ending. We call it a continuation (if it turns out to be true) to the real ending.

It is clear to me now that you haven't even done your own research (or at least did not understand it completely) about the theory. Stop making ignorant comments, and stop acting as if your being tortured by the whole thing, cause then it just simply becomes amusing to see your rants.

And since when is a harmless forum debate equivalate to "bringing the community apart". It is what it is, A DEBATE. People are entitled to their own opinions, and having two different sides is NOT bad, it simply brings discussions to the table. Soon we will know who was right, and who was wrong. This is what humans do.

Yes there is. Even if they come out with DLC content tomorrow (which they won't) They will already have lost many fans that have already sworn to never buy another bioware title. The fact they would make a new procedent of forcing players to Buy a ending to the game  would also further lable them as probably the greediest game company to date. (making Sony's SWG NGE look like sainthood) Do you really think they'd drive away that many customers just for a stupid ending gimick?

LOL, thats not the first time i've heard that. And guess what, profit loss = negligible. If the theory is right, they did it for the sake of beautiful storytelling and art. Mad respects for that. And guess what, this is the last in the series, no more mass effects, FANBASES do not translate well between different games of the same company (including Blizzard)

I also find it funny how people always complain about video game companies being greedy, and yet your arguing that the theory is not possible simply because it will bring "profit-loss". But then again, woulnd't that be a good thing? That just proves their not being greedy, something that people COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERY DAY ABOUT EVERY COMPANY.

Don't be surprised if the DLC turns out to be paid, people will buy the crap out of it, like i will. ANd most of them will do it to support a GREAT company. Vote with your dollar.

You really think BW is going to do that? HAHAHA fooled you. Now all you guyz that returned your game have to buy a new one HAHAHA thats pretty funny right? Oh you don't have internet? Ok then we will just wait till we know we mailed out discs to everyone that doesn't have internet, ONCE they send us proof of purchase that the bought our game. That will only take a day. Oh man we are so smart. I mean all this will go over smoothly. The guyz that sold their games just have to get them. Oh what if they were re sold? Its ok they can just go to that persons house and explain they need to give back the disc because I am the person who bought it new but Bioware tricked us, those awesome devils, and didn't send a complete game so you have to give me my disc back since I erased my saves because I felt there was no replay value left in the game. Oh sneaky sneaky bioware. LOL

Oh yeah i can really see that happening.

This is stupid its so clear Bioware just failed completely at the ending and you just refuse to admit it. It pathetic. The end is the end. Stop wasting time on making excused for them and get back to why this started. There was NO THEORYS when this started, and all they are doing is causing arguments between people.

Alrerady am voting with my wallet. Will not be buying DLC regardless. Letting my SW:tor subscription expire at the end of this month. etc

Just out of curiousity how long exactly do you plan to wait for them to release the miracle super secret DLC ending?
You don't mind being forced to buy a ending to a game you bought, and don't mind it happening in every other game Bioware follows up with then thats up to you. We all do what we feel is right in the end.

Again, your just ranting. Your making no sense at all. It's like I am talking to a child that can't even get a single sentence that makes sense and can't go through a single post without "laughing" like a desparate maniac.

Your not getting it. Your missing the big picture. It's like your not even reading (or comprehending) the entirety of a post. This is an online community forum for a VIDEO GAME.

"Making excuses for them" ...... *sigh* Just to be clear, you ARE reading correctly right?
