The last Fitness evolution can give your Vanguard a melee damage bonus and a 200% faster speed cooldown for Biotic Charge..Now I have a doubt: Does this 200% bonus apply for the cooldown of a Biotic Change that the Vanguard just did, and therefore is recharging when you make the kill, or it applies to the next Biotic Change? Or something else.
Question about Vanguard's heavy melee (Fitness).
