With the Sniper Time dilation not working, anyone care to share their non-Sniping Infiltrator Builds?

i was unaware that the time dilation was not working.
anyways i am playing infiltrator with no sniper rifle on insanity (not that insanity is hard).
chakram launcher and only chakram launcher with squad cryo ammo. trying to get cryo explosions with incinerate and the level 6 high extra damage against frozen or chilled targets. frankly i am trying too hard to get those explosions, and not getting much of a pay off from them. sabotage on turrets and the rest of the time sabotage to keep people from being able to shoot at me while i kill them.
allies with chakram and squad cryo are very strong, they cc like a beast.
bonus power is defense thing from edi. just use it to regenerate shields.
it is very very effective, but then again everything is pretty easy anyways.

I don't have the Chackram. :/
I tried playing the demo 3 times, two crashed near the end, one didn't grant me anything. I don't intend to waste almost two hours for it to not unlock again. :/

I'm running a similar build as jeremy, cc with cryo ammo, set up fire and cryo explosions. It looks like you're playing on the Xbox? I had the same problem with getting the Chakram, trying signing on to Alliance Network on Mass Effect 3, after completing the demo. That solved my problems.
