It seems doing things Leliana doesn't like is what pleases Morrigan, sometimes, rather than the action itself.  I took Leliana out of my party when she didn't like my giving amulets to the knights, but lost the bonus on Morrigan alongside the -5 on Leliana.

Well Morrigan does admit to having jealous tendencies. It doesn't surprise me that spiting Leliana will please her.
