I completed ME1 and 2 when I lived in the UK.  I recently moved to New Zealand and needed to create a new gamertag thanks to not being able to get MS points from the old, UK registered one.  I did the license transfer for all DLC and content and everything seemed fine.  I could continue my Borderlands character for example.  But now I have ME3.  I fired it up, bought the day one DLC (for shame) and then went to import my character from ME2.  Nope, no saves found.  I checked my HDD and there were all my ME1 and 2 saves.  OK, I'll play it on my old ganmertag if I HAVE TO.  So yeah, that let me import my ME2 character into ME3 but guess what...  Now I don't have access to the day one DLC.

Any work around here, Bioware?  I'm not paying for the DLC twice and as far as I know you can only perform the Xbox license transfer the one time.
