I wish...... But, Bioware is just ignoring the issue. I lost $10 worth of bioware points over 2 weeks ago, got a 2 week old thread i keep bumping about it.../

I spent 40-60 dollars on packs, I can't even remember now, and so they're lost for the forseeable future? Crikey..

Good to know..I lost my commendation pack and victory pack and a couple of other vet pack paraphelia. Called EA and was helped by a man named Alan who was awesome! I still only got one item back so far but he was really helpful lol

I wish i would have got some awesome help like you.
I already posted the same on the German Forum.
I lost 273000 credits due to those stupid buying errors.
So, what i wanted to say, the customer support send me an e-Mail back that said i should write in the forum.
It seems the german forum isnt the right place, so ill try the english one now.
After all that i went to the us live support. He told me that its a EA / Bioware serverside problem and that they are working on this issue as it is well-known.

So in fact i lost 273000 credits and nobody can help me.
Im not so amused about that.

Any type of update would be nice. I've stopped playing and really have no intention of coming back unless I'm compensated in some way for what I lost or flat out told they can't do anything about it. It's not even the fact that I lost these things thats the problem, it's the extremely sparse information from Bioware that's the most disheartening.

Glad to hear it. I'd still like my poofed Bioware points back. EA support has been so rude, unhelpful and dodgy that my image of Bioware/EA has been significantly tarnished by this entire ordeal.

Bioware do you really think all of those affected by this glitch are just going to go away and forget? All of us are annoyed at this. Events after events for the game whenever thousands of your players have lost all the items we unlocked. Its REALLY annoying to not hear one bit of information but have 2 events back to back weekends. you're focusing waaaaayyyy too much on more events/content, and really need to focus on fixing the glitches in your multiplayer and compensating those affected by THIS glitch. Its really annoying to have called ea countless times and not be able to get any help other than "have you tried posting in the fourms?"

Bioware please just compensate us for our loses? Or at least give us a status update, or TELL us you forgot about us. Do something more than say you're "working on it, and we'll have information SOON"... 2 weeks is not soon at ALL.

Quit releasing updates and events, start fixing the game before you worry about that.

This is getting to be extremely annoying. I finished a gold challenge and lost all of my exp and my credits. The only thing that counted was for the achievement. So much for your bug being fixed. Sheesh.

Huh, I just had several of my infiltrators (human female and salarian, but not quarian) reset as if I never created them (appeared as "New" in the selection menu) but all unlocks remained in place. Not a big deal since I just have to spec them again. Hopefully not indicative of a more serious problem...

Edit: Some of my other characters also have had powers and weapon selection reset, but not appearance settings.

If they don't give me the packs I bought from them back(or a refund(which I understand they probably can't do)) that is pretty much stealing from me.

Too bad we can't sue them(EA's BS terms)
BUT in their own terms they deny themselves a right to trial by()

I lost some credits, too, and now I have an even more disturbing error: Suddenly my new level 13 Soldier has the stats/equipment/colors of my old/promoted level 20 soldier. :(

yeah so i lost 1600 msp the very first time i used the store i had my 10 spectre packs less than 5 games when the re lock bug hit me, i would really just like the points refunded and i could forget about this and enjoy the game...

I also have grown tired of no updates and decided to write to the staff once again. Oh, well. Lady claimed I haven't purchased ANY packs at all. Well, glad to hear that. I think I am gonna keep away from multi for now. So disappointed with this whole situation.

Lost 60,000 credits on attempting to purchase Spectre pack. So frustrating when there is no response on this.

Seems like they haven't tested this fully.

I'm done with EA. It's been almost 3 weeks since the games release, a half hearted response about people losing real money isn't what I call a dedicated company. DA2 was crap compared to the first, and to be honest, this game didn't give me half the choices I was looking for. Why didn't you guys make it so you could at least have an effect on which forces were the strongest by when you recruited (helped) them. BTW thanks for not putting any geth or rachni ships in any of the end cut scene's, I really didn't want to see them fighting anyway. I loved bioware for a long long time, now that EA has their hands into them, it's gone downhill, sorry EA, but customer satisfaction still goes a long way. I'm not paying for your games anymore, at least until you bring some real quality out, and treat your customers with some damned respect.

Its still not fixed then... just lost 60000credits on a spectre pack.
The credits looked like they were refunded, then i could'nt create a mp game or join, so i restarted the game and the credits were gone. Grr
