Well I have now lost 4 spectre packs. 2 that I paid for, BW points, and 2 that were on credits. Also yesterday I played a match that took mt char from lvl 12 to lvl 15, then before I could spend the talent points I was put back to lvl 12 again.... AND lost my credits as well .

From reading these posts its obvious that telling BW is a waste of time.

I lost $30+ on spectre and veteran packs. I lost all my characters and rares. Give us something for goodness sake. I'm not trying to be 'that one guy' who starts some sort of crusade because it would be a waste of time. Just give us something to go on here.

Yup i keep losing all my cobras. Played last night and opened a few more recruit packs. Had 4/4 cobras when i exited the game.

I logged in this morning - all cobras gone. Also, 12000XP i got in a recruit pack reset 3 of my infiltrators... what the frak!

Well... any idea when we'll get comensated. I've already recovered all the crap I lost with new packs, so would be nice to get some new spectre packs

Ive also been taken for 93000 credits and my N7 Pack from the Goliath weekend.

I think the key time to fix this has passed. I have a feeling Mass Effect 3 multiplayer is currently at its peak and the users will slowly die down.
I for one am less interesting in the game with all the bugs in place and having completed the campaign...

I lost all my guns and reverted back to the default settings yesterday. After 2 weeks of playing MP, this really sucks EA Bioware. Whats the point of giving the stupid N7 pack if you are just gonna take it all back again... and more... First the sucky ending, then the Vanguard Bug, now this... Enough is enough...BAKA!!!

I got the bug that said I could not buy packs again, and after I relogged credits gone and no new items I could see. But perhaps I got some upgrades on stuff I dont use. So far it has happened twice.

Not only that, last night my Sentinel talents got reset. It remained a level 20 but I had to give him the name again and it had 1 point in Tech Armor. Of course, I have no respec card.

I really don't understand why EA or Bioware hasn't been doing more to apologise to us and offer compensation. I mean, from a corporate perspective, it's not wise for a company to promise too much. I get that.

Thing is, because of this fiasco, I'm not spending a single cent on Bioware points. If any new ME3 DLC comes out, I won't be touching it. Hell, I'm not buying any EA products.

Now, sure, I suppose it could be a case of them taking my money and laughing all the way to the bank. After all, I've already paid. But I assume they'd much rather continue taking my money.

Right now, this cow ain't getting milked. The longer this goes without me getting something back, the less likely I'm willing to bend over and say 'moo'.

Losing 50% of Medi gel and Cobra, Sentinel after whole night of play reseted and losing money - has nothing to do with connection glitch.
