A couple of days ago, I used a respec card, leveled my infiltrator class from 18 to 20 and bought a spectre pack... The next time I entered MP, all of that wasn't there... Like a rewind, or "unsaved" progress.

I don't want anything back since I didn't lose important things... What bothers me is to think that this might happen again anytime, and I could loose anything, without any response or solution.

This kind of details (Little bugs but without any kind of solution or clarification) are the ones that WILL eventually kill MP.

Wow ... it's been another 10 days and no update on whether or not we will get our stuff back we lost due to the relock bug. I mean a mere "we're still working on it" would at least show us, that they've not just forgotten us.

This happened very early for me, so I've got much more and better stuff now, but I still haven't regained my Drell.

I even still get the arrow that indicates I couldlevel him up, but the char is locked.

Can this really be so hard to fix?
And even if it is, do they think this will just go away if they ignore it?

I was playing the Multiplayer, and while idle the game crashed so bad it locked my computer.

I booted up the pc, continued to play, and realized all of my Multiplayer achievements reset and were starting over...

I have a few level 20 characters to prove it...

I posted a few days ago, saying that I hoped that BioWare would figure out the issues with the items for which I paid real money and then lost. BioWare has not satisfactorily dealt with this in any measurable way. I was hopeful they would actually do something with regards to this issue. They have not.

I find it interesting that all the people who were so angry at the ending of this game get a response, but people who actually gave the company money for a service and then were cheated of that service get no response whatsoever. Thanks Dr. Ray. Thank you so very much.

I'm not making an ultimatum saying I won't buy your products anymore, but I will certainly not spend any money on BioWare or EA's microtransactions again.

About a day or two ago I took my level 20 Infiltraitor and created my duplicate female version. Played some games, got some credits, opened some spectre packs, went to bed. The next afternoon I fire up ME3 and find my female inf. with no points distributed, back to the original credit amount I had BEFORE playing for a few hours yesterday, and lost all the random weapon mods and upgrades I earned... Yeah, this game is still buggy to hell and back.

And unfortunately yes, Im the type of customer that did buy some bioware points cause.. what the hell, why not? Oh wait... 1/3 of the packs I bought with points never opened and my money went poof. Pretty lame Bioware.

I lost 60k credit ....
I purchased a specter pack .... i waited ...... then the game told me the purchase cant be processed .... i was wandering .. wtf? I was booted to lobby .... so i relog the game ... and i lose my credits without getting the ****ING PACK. good job.

So what if you can prove ... they are not coming out with any solution as yet .... i had waited for 20 days since the day i got the BUG ... nothing heard out yet.

Holy triplepost Batman. My issue here is not that I lost stuff, not a huge deal as I've gotten it all back since and I didn't pay anything, but that I suspect Bioware don't have a fix for this and are perhaps just trying to think of a way to get around not being able to give items back. As far as I can tell this stuff is clientside and of course I don't know for certain but I imagine there aren't any logs of things which have or haven't been lost. Either way, I think having 'Fixed' in the topic title is a bit of a misnomer, maybe it won't happen again but there are people around who have been affected by it.

I think that all those thatt lost items and those that spent money would like to know when we'll be reimbursed. It's heartbreaking to know that people spent actual money on the packs for nothing since they lost all of their unlocks.

Yep i lost everything on march 8th, 19 days ago.... about 5 days ago I just decided to take it as a loss and started playing with my friends again. Losing items wasn't the worst part it was feeling alienated from all my friends cuz i didnt want to play till i got my stuff back. I have surpassed and re unlocked just about everything i lost. So in my case, fortunately, i only spent about 6 dollars on packs unlike some people i know who spent $60+. I will take this as a learning experience and if we do get reimbursed or whatever happens after this horrible mess, I will be interested to see what happens in my case.

Don't play thier games at all.. Don't purchase any future games, and tell your friends not to purchase anything from EA.... It's really to bad... but honestly? It's effectivly stealing from us, and the only way we are going to stop it is to shut them down. Or just show them that we are still the consumers, and they depend on us, not we on them.

I am honestly getting tired of waiting for them to fix it. I lost every class but a turian solider and the only weapons i didn't have was the saber the scorpion the javelin, the two n7 pistols and wraith shotty. This is honestly ridiculous they should at least keep us up to date we did pay for their product and they cant even take a minute of their day to keep us informed every so often.

Chalk me up for a multiplayer disconnect costing me a Spectre pack tonight (60k creds). Tried to buy it without realizing I had a network error. Got a "cannot purchase pack" error and the 60k appeared to be refunded to my account. A quick log off and restart of the game later, I find myself short of 60k credits, but no Spectre pack. Joy.

Can't believe we are still waiting on this. I had my money refunded, but now i have somewhere around 300,000 ish credits that are still MIA. I actually had an N7, I figured i'd find another one, I was wrong. this has me rather frustrated.

Pretty much what i did. I still expect a "proper" response to this instead of brushing it under the carpet. I'm quite annoyed for the people who spent Real money on the packs and lost them and Bioware/EA are just sitting on thier butts doing nothing about it and clearly lying about fixing it when numerous people have lost thier stuff.

Bioware used to be cool.
