I thought this was fixed. Just happened to me :(

I didn't lose much. I created a Krogan soldier and leveled to 17. I exited the game for a bit, came back, and found that character completely gone, with the soldier class reverted to level 13 (As it was a few hours ago, before today's play session)

I bought a couple Premium spectre packs as well, but only got character cards, thank god, so I didn't lose any weapons that I know of.

My credit level, however IS still accurate. I spent all but 200 credits before logging out, and upon coming back, I found that they hadn't gone back up to what they were before (90k from yesterday.)

Same to me.
I tried to buy Premium Spectre Pack, but server responds with error (i was not in a lobby, or ready, or smth - just clicked "Store" in "Multiplayer").

I've restarted ME3 completely, but my in-game money went down to ~1k (was - ~101k) and no new items in an inventory.

Seriously BW, people have paid actual money for some of the kits, get your rear in gear and find a solution.

The Premium Spectre Pack is glitched.I just tried it.Also still no commendations.Glad I didn't use real money.

This is still a bug that has not been fixed. I actually used Microsoft points on this before all of my unlockables were resest without any form of replayment. This constitutes some fraud considering a company has taken a purchase without giving the customer anything. Plenty of scams in the world, EA/Bioware are the best at trying to reassure their customers while not fixing the initial issue. Still looking into legal action to obtain what has been lost which inculdes time spent/funds used. Sorry EA/Origin. Yet again support fails and another issue goes to court.

Request a proof of purchase from Microsoft and work with them to find out the total amount of MS points that was used and stolen by Bioware. Will try to update if legal action can be aquired and utilized.

Wow. Just wow. There are absolutely zero excuses about "that's a different team" for this one. This involves the server-client relationship and checks for packs, and systematically awarding those who deserve something (or more conservatively, just anyone who can type, letting us know we aren't forgotten).

The larger population that only had to deal with a minor inconvenience about something that cannot be purchased not only got an update, but specific information and a timeline. And these updates come what, just hours from eachother and this [small, insignificant] bug is just days old?

The smaller population however, while under significant distress, and while arguably a fraud victim pre-redress, hasn't received an update since "For those players who have lost items to this point, we are working on helping you. We will have more information for you soon" which was 21 DAYS AGO. I was going to wait until it's been a month to start complaining again, but then the other issue went and seemed like it couldn't even wait 21 hours without an update.

For the record I'm a victim of both bugs (and another N7 weapon would mean more to me than for most, considering I still only have 2 weapons that aren't level 1 starters), and it's not as if I'm saying the Raptor fix should be not worked on for one second until we get compensated... but the lack of perspective here is jarring. Kowtowing to those with illegitimate complaints (who whine enough to make a re-locked player physically ill), ignoring those hit hardest.

I´ve just tried to buy a premium specter pack, and got nothing!! Just my money went 99k down! :(

What is BW doing about stuff like this?

Fact is I lost 3 premium packs just over yesterday. Money is deducted but nothing received.
Not gonna be playing multiplayer since there is no incentive to earn credits when there's no safe way to spend them

I have lost alot of credits over the past couple weeks. I thought of having the game deleted off my system and reinstalling it to see if that works. Has anyone tried this? Also, I have given up on buying the 99,000 pack because I do not gain anything. In other words, game freezes and have to do a hard restart. Tried to exit lobby and enter a new one and sometimes I get stuff and sometimes I get the error and then I glitch out. The glitching out part happens when any purchase I make fails.

Yeah so I found this morning that all myt N7 gear that I earned legit is now gone... at first it was just one peice but I never used the heavy pistol anyway because i have a better one but now my smg is gone and i used that thing allot... as for the classes they reset all to the default assult rifle and so on. I know there has been cheating being brought to light but if someone could just say we are looking into it I can be patient. Just upset to have to redo some classes I was fond of.

Are we going to get them back?

Credits disappeared into thin air, actually got it on video.

Has anyone gotten their credits back by contacting someone/something somewhere?

Don't worry, the credits will pop up seconds/minutes later. Something like that happens to me all the time. Just play a game, or two, and you will get your credits, plus also will be able to buy the packs.


As for the Bioware. Cmooon, reply your solution allready. I lost a couple hundred thousand credits with the bug...

Nah, it's been two days and they never came back.
Was just wondering if anyone actually has gotten the credits back by contacting someone, as the error message clearly tells you to do that. EA support just tells that they can't do anything as it's Bioware's game. :unsure:

Same happened to me. I had an Asari Vanguard at level 16, which one day, transformed into a Human male, Vanguard. I was shocked when it occurred to say the least.

All I gotta say is idiots. To all the newbs that went "hey, you wanna credit glitch", here you go, what I warned you about. Still though, even if you could get away with it, it's still stupid and defeats the purpose of actually playing the game. The only damn reason I play multiplayer is for weapons, and if I had all of those, then wtf would be the point? N7 rank only? PLAYING the game actually makes it funner. And honestly, thank you to all the people that bought Spectre packs with their own money. Thank you!

p.s. this whole game seems like an uberfail and I really regret spending money on it. Although I am happy that I could warn my friends and none of them actually bought it.

2 times it happened just now, completed a gold match, see my credit being added with the earnings from the match and character leveled up, I done leveled up and quit the lobby, I did not buy anything, switched to other characters of the same class to level them up and found that there is no added point and the level is the same

switch back to my initial character, now I found that there is negative point for the skill points available, and my credit amount went back to before I completed the match.

Yep, every time I buy a Premium Spectre pack outside of an active lobby, I lose the credits. Lost 198,000 so far *sigh*

Exactly the same thing just happened to me.

Funny, since before the "fix", shop had worked fine for me.
