I received the email and did not receive all my stuff. I honestly can't tell if I got anything back, but I know for a FACT my Krogan Sentinel is still locked, which means I didn't get all my stuff back. This issue is NOT resolved.

I didn't even get an e-mail, and customer support is of no help at all. Hoping I can at least get a refund on the BioWare points that were wasted.

Issue is NOT resolved =/ Lost 99000 creds on a premium spectre pack just today and I don't think I've received anything from my previous failed transactions of a jumbo, 2 spectre and another P.Specre packs.

It hasn't been fixed at all. I just lost EVERYTHING a few moments ago. All my characters... all my weapons...
I was desperately attempting to save money to buy packs in an attempt to get a Turian Sentinel, was levelling up my Human Sentinel brilliantly, had just recieved 90,000 creds out of a game, lost connection, reconnected, and was greeted by the first-time multiplayer-players screen. 'Welcome to the N7 Team!' FUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

Quit the game, restart Origin if you are on PC, start Origin and the game again and it should be okay. It happened to me 2 times recently and after restart it's all back to normal. :]
