If they return our stuff...then I'll have all the characters and a Carnifex X. Woo! (If they stack. 'You get nothing because your old Carnifex was at level 2/3 and your new one is above that!' I would cry. Real talk.)

Why do i keep unlocking characters? even know when i havent been hit with the bug (I have been a total of 4 times) i unlocked a second copy of an engineering class i already had, is this an intended behavior? the only benefit from that is the class experience which is...stupid

You get additional options of customization of the looks of your characters (patterns,lights/skin tones ...) by unlocking the same class/race combo over and over again.

You can continue to unlock characters again and again normally. You get the bonus experience and new appearence options as well for that character with each "card". If you've maxed out the appearence options and don't care to get the bonus experience, then you'll just have to hate getting those "cards".

I experienced a problem where I wasn't allowed to buy a Veteran pack while in a PS3 game lobby. It kept giving me an error screen, so I left the lobby. Even after leaving the lobby, it still wouldn't let me buy my pack. I left the game and returned... only to discover that my 20,000 credits were gone, but I didn't "make a purchase" of any kind. I had no new items, no new equipment, etc. My money simply disappeared.

Has anyone else had this problem? I hope this problem is resolved soon. If any BioWare staff is able to help or has any solutions, please PM me and I can give you my PSN ID.

I had it happen and I went back to the store and it suddenly appeared as if I bought it. It searches for outstanding purchases or orders or some kind of message.

I lost all my items and characters about a week ago - is this a related issue? (I'd promoted my Infiltrator class to the Galaxy at War the day before I lost everything)
It's good to know that it's getting fixed.
(I had the M-98 Widow paired with a Quarian Infiltrator, and that was working excellent for me)

I just hope I regain those two items, everything else I never really used.

I went back to the store numerous times, but it hasn't changed a thing for me. Thanks for the advice! 


Keep trying, because it took a few tries and maybe over the course of 2 or 3 matches and it did find the pack. I hope it does.

you know they are not even authorized to say they can give refunds so dont expect that answer anytime soon. at best they might give us a few free boxes but if you spent money you need to talk to EA and get nowhere then tell Microsoft/Sony that you got nowhere and they might issue you a refund.

Thanks for the update. I lost a ton of stuff, more than I can remember or list. I was never really expecting to have it all restored, but some free packs or something would be nice. Glad to hear this awful bug shouldn't be happening to anyone else.

Thats all very good, but now I can't buy any packs at all and the game is eating my credits instead of my items

First, stop feeding it credits. Then, exit out of the game completely. Restart it and go back to the store, see if it finds your outstanding purchases. For me when this has happened, it has sometimes taken an hour to show up, but they finally did.

I lost all my stuff last night, just in time to not be able to play during the event today. 2x bioware points back and 2x credits back would make up for this debacle. Though, after half an hour on a chat with a useless origin tech support person, I don't know if customer service is a priority here.

I've lost a widow II and a respec card from a spectre pack, and I lost a veteran pack without knowing what was in it. It would be nice to get them back.
