Oddly enough, I had my Turian Soldier back for a while. Got my Asari Vanguard back just today. I'm taking it though that the guns are gone for good :(

Still good to hear that you guys are making progress on these issues. Multiplayer has a lot of potential in my opinion, and it was being hampered badly by bugs like this.

So can we like send in our receipt from we bought points and then be given the same number of points that we purchased? I still have my email form where I bought my points. I want to at least break even in this as apposed to the 20.00+ dollars that I'm down on a product that was taken from me. Almost seems like that violate some consumer protection laws or something.

Chris, congratulations to your team for fixing the reset problem, but I have a question.  Is this fix related to my N7 level dropping 16 levels today? If I add up my character levels and promotions, my level should be 215, but it's now showing up as level 199 in game.The leaderboards still showing me at N7 level 215.

Does this include lost credits? I just tired to purchase a the 60 K spec pack at around 12:40 am. I received an error message multiple times saying something about the purchased failed to go thru and to contact support.

I then lost the 60K credits. helpz!

You didn't lose the credits.  If you exit the game after receiving the error and restart your credits will be gone, but you will have received the new items/upgrades.  You won't get the screen that tells you which cards you got though.  I always get that error so exiting/restarting is how I've been making most of my recent purchases.

Still would like to know if I can start playing again without risking loosing all the items I collected before the relock happened ... Don't want to miss the whole goliath event :x

it sucks playing with high lv characters and stock standed guns not to mention im trying to rebuild what i lost from the bug and it seems to not give me anything but characters and low lv guns. lol
no love this time through for me i just really hope they fix it soon for this weekends event.

Really nice to get an update on this, cheers to the guys @ Bioware. Still no items though... missing my Raptor. but hopefully its only a matter of time if they have at least found out the root of the problem?

Since the bug hit me I've regained a lot of what I lost, getting upgrades to the basic weapons I lost won't help me at all since I got all of them back at X. Let us know how you plan to to "help" us.
I'd prefer a refund, just give us back the credits/Bioware points we spent and we can repurchase (ofc it hurts if you got a black card before :( )

And another thing, will this happen automatically for everyone or should we contact support? (I didn't bother because I thought there wasn't a chance of getting things back).

Like I said even if they fix it, people will still be unhappy.... ROME WASN'T BUILT IN A DAY! Atleast they fixed it, on that note there is/was A LOT of people affected by this so hold on to your panties and wait.. It will be here soon.

do we have to have complained on the forum? do we need to contact you? I Imagine you wouldn't have info on log, since it was an error resetting such things. i lost 15* bucks of bioware points and at least 60,000 of ingame credits. :-\\ do we state what we've lost, like specific items or characters? how do I prove this for compensation?
