I lost my stuff while using my Asari Adept. I can't switch from it or I won't be able to select it again, so it's the only class I've been able to play as.

Learn to read what ? I didn't have the exact problem with the store they described at all. I came into the game, went into multiplayer but didn't start a match at all, instead I went into the store to spend points and lost a bunch of points doing so. Later in the night I went into multiplayer after and suddenly noticed a character deleveling/skill points reset after exiting the match( he doesn't even talk about that, so again learn to read what?
I don't see how that isn't worse - I lost more items too right from just starting up the game, and that was said to be fixed. My level 17 or so character's points ALL RESET when it was fine yesterday, and worst of all - every mission I play with that character, even when i finish the final wave and extract (tried it an hour ago) doesn't seem to be counting at all. I don't level-up, get credits at all, and all my points spend reset (it's like an unlimited free respec, though I've never even unlocked that), all my guns unequip as well. That_is_worse, but to you.... annoying. Annoying that the character can't gain experience or credits and lost items after the item loss issue was supposedly fixed. What I suggest is you learn to not talk to me on here, it'll be favorable for both of us.

It's downright annoying to receive those char cards over and over again. Especially if you maxed them already. I decided not to spend anymore bioware points until they get rid of those. Spending 20$ for 10 salarian infiltrators feels... dumb.
Just a matter of time until this gets changed.

Yeah, that also happened to me. I ran into a situation where the store failed to complete the transaction, but nevertheless took my BioWare points. An error was reported, and no new items received. The error message stopped showing eventually, but I still haven't received whatever items that would've been in those two Spectre packs I bought. It looked like the server didn't properly recover after an error. Contacted a Game Advisor, and the only sentences I shall repeat here are,
Some of the customers have reported this issue. Our developers are aware
of it and are working for a resolution. We appreciate your patience
while the issue is being looked into.
Which is well and good. In the meantime... Buyer beware.

BUT we remember your times of greatness. We appreciate some of the amazing stuff you have done in the past.
So, fix this already because this is SO OVERDUE. Is it really that hard to just refund BioWare points or even credits to everyone that lost them? Just do it, or at least WRITE SOMETHING AND KEEP US UP TO DATE. You just keep ignoring us and this is getting pretty ridiculous and annoying. IT TOOK 7 DAYS FOR YOU TO WRITE ANYTHING AT ALL. I won't even bother to comment on that. Now, days are passing once again and we got no information at all and one more time you keep us in the dark.
I don't know what kind of people you hire for customer support/representatives but they should be fired a long time ago.
While such a serious and game breaking issues like this are being ignored, mods/members of the company are answering and wasting their time in other pointless threads.
Sorry to say all this, but this is true.
