And I HAVE TO implore you guys to look at the randomness of your pack generator. Right now honestly it's like crap. I have 40 missiles while my friend has none. I have no medigel and my friend has 40. I've unlocked all but 1 character but my friend still has like 5 locked, even when he's played more hours than me. BUT he DOES have many more weapon unlocks than me. And the packs CONSTANTLY give me sniper rifles and shotties, when I have ZERO smg unlocked and only 2 pistols unlocked. Please do implement some sort of weightage factor to generate item types that the player has less of. Will make us happier and less frustrated...

On to my own question...  i was told by EA support yesterday, before I saw this, that my problem obtaining reinforcement packs in the ingame store was related to this problem the OP is about. Soo it seems he doesnt know what he was talking about. Said a patch was need. Anybody else experiencing my same issue? I lose points, ill spent them on the pack, but then just get the message basically saying an error occured call support if it continues.

 Fixed? Far from it I've lost over 30 dollars and over 300,000 credits because of this. I've spoken to ea they brought me here saying that they are working on fixing this even though it's been over a week since this has been happening. All I hope for is that I atleast get my credits back if not my money.

Yeah at the moment this is not fixed, nothing has been restored, and now we have ANOTHER bug where if the host leaves in the lobby after a match, the entire recent match's stuff gets rolled back.

+1 to the issue of losing credits earned from a mission by leaving the lobby immediately after the match. This just happened to me twice in a row, I was not host in either game.

So now I have to switch from being paranoid and never entering the store in the game lobby to being paranoid and never leaving a lobby with recently earned credits. Lovely...

I've just played a few matches this afternoon and it showed that I got a lot of credits but when i went to purchase a pack( Spectre) they just kept on disappearing on me,I am getting really annoyed at this.

Didn't play at all on Sunday due to a family day... but comes back and go into the multiplayer an hour ago... And this match end reset just jumped on me after this latest match. oh this just gets better and better. Its like my character stat and credits is locked in a limbo state.

Edit: I didn't even buy anything from the store. I just went in there, went back out, and my level goes back from +1 after the match experience right back to the state before the match.

Thankfully (?) only lost one match worth of credits... However... the confidence towards this multiplayer thing gets lower.... while the list of things i lost simply gets longer.

I lost level 19 on my sent. I lost like 20-30k I'll be waiting until Tuesday it seems.

This is still happening, fyi. Just played two matches on the 360, lost credits after the first match, went into the store and it told me to try again later. Next match after I leveled up I had 0 points to spend and again the credits were missing.

I just played a couple matches as a level 5 Asari Adept. The first match ended with me receiving a ton of credits and me leveling up to 8. It said I had over 60000 credits, so I went to the store, only for it to tell me I had about 37000. I thought I may have been mistaken, so I went and leveled up my powers and played another match.

After this match, it said I leveled up to 11, and once again I had enough credits to get the Spectre pack, but when I went to the Store it again said I had around 37000 credits. Out of frustration, I went to press B to back out of the store but I pressed it twice and it took me back out of the lobby, where it shows my character standing over on the right, and it said I was level 5, like I had never played any matches tonight.

Not cool. I hope this is fixed very soon.

I just had the same bug happen to me twice as well. I'm on a Xbox.

I just lost a level on my vanguard, and about 90,000 credits.

I think i will postpone playing further until this matter is dealt with.

I'm not sure if this is the same issue that you guys are talking about, but after a match, the second that I go to the store, the levels that I gained and the credits that I got get wiped. I can't even create any new characters because they get wiped. The only thing that stays is my level 4 Soldier that I created before multiplayer started bugging out.

Well at least Armored Core V comes out soon, and I can play that for a while until this MP stuff gets sorted out.

It's a shame, too. The MP here is so bloody fun. I am just going to stay the heck out of it until I get word that it's completely fixed.

All I'm hoping for is the restoration of my stuff at this point. I've only had the relocking happen once, and it was bad. I just want my Geth Pulse Rifle, Widow, and Claymore back. That was more than a few Spectre packs...

yea im not playing MP either until the store problems are fixed, theyre pretty game breaking when you cant progress anywhere

My host left in the lobby after the match at the stat screen, and I just clicked B to exit. I didn't lose any of my credits, etc.

Ive already got back all my items i lost before my stuff was wiped.. what are they gonna do for people like me.. just credit us some free packs?

To me this is a simple matter of trust. I'm, personally, not as concerned with the stuff I unlocked with credits. I know a lot of people have invested a lot of time on their unlocks and that is a concern for them. However, I spent real money. I gave this money to Bioware specifically to purchase a few Spectre packs. I am not demanding they give me back all the unlocks. I would, however, want my Bioware points refunded. If this doesn't happen I would be very wary of participating in any microtransactions with the company in the future.

Same thing happen to me more then once and twice, this is starting to get ridiculous, i spent my 67 dollars to enjoy this game and extra money to get working "Spectre Packs" and i have yet to get any of that. I dont enjoy myself because every day or two its a bug and im forced to wait 2 weeks just for a reply, i just dont understand this. By this being a hopefully trustworthy company we should expect a working product, especially when its money involved and a lot of your fan base. All I got to say at the end of the day... what is a company without their customers?

It's sad that we're all putting money and/or time into the game, just to be left out in the cold empty handed. I played two matches online since all my items relocked on release date. I bought two veteran packs with credits out of curiosity and no bugs, no lost credits, nothing. I'd love to be able to play multiplayer with no bugs and get refunded for the points I spent and feel comfortable that I won't lose them again. At this point, I can't trust the multiplayer experience because of all the bugs so I refuse to keep pumping time and money into the game. It's too bad because the game is truly fun, I enjoyed it very much until the point of my lost items...
