I just lost 60K credits even after I waited for the game to re-hash the failed purchase. Time was approx. 12:50 EST today.

Hi, I'm playing on the PS3.

Lately I've often seen this happen, but only while buying veteren packages:

Hit purchase on veteran pack
A long please wait screen (5-10 seconds)
A screen then appears telling me that the purchase failed to process.
Apon
signing out and back in, I get no notification of the purchase, but new
items are in weapons/ character selection/ whatever.

Does anyone have a fix for this? It's a pain manually keeping track of what you earn :/


Maybe this is what's happening to people buying packs and losing credits?

Really? Because all of my medigels vanished into thin air. I had like 40 of them. Now I have zero. And my achievements were reset for some reason.

soooo... is anyone else thinking this problem wasn't fixed, and that we were just "thrown a bone" to temporarily get everyone to stop spamming BioWare about the problem?

So, I guess I want to be put on thenlist. Around 1 this morning central time. I did a gold round and I did a partial extraction. Lost 200000 xp then 70000 credits. Thought itnwas a fluke. Did another round wave 10 lost 35000 credits. Left the lobby did bronze. Kept everything I did. So if we are getting re enburst thats what I lost. Thanks D Knight Cloud

Has happened to me 9 times today and counting. Frustrating, and seems to be leading to credit losses when trying to make purchases in the store. (purchase fails, credits still lost). It often occurs after a match has been completed, when I'm trying to purchase something at the store. If I stay connected to the group, i can still ready up and start on the next map, but it will ocassionally kick me out at this point.

Yep, I also lost 60 000 creds with no pack to show for it after re-starting the game - what a joke!

I think I'm really gonna keep away from MP until my stuff gets restored. Played for several hours with some buddies during weekend and it does feel crippled and humilitating. Without big guns I'm far from being as efficient as I used to. I really do hope I will pull my game experience together soon... Totally losing enthusiasm for it.

Soon 2 weeks for me too. I'm fearful my buddies will stop playing the MP part when Bioware fixes this issue and even wondering if this might go the same way as Space Marine coop, which is seldom played compared to earlier.

Easy fix for packs getting lost, is to first test if the system is having a good day by buying a recruit pack. If that works, then by the spectre pack.

You aren't getting a refund.  Seriously just dispute the charge if you can.  Call your bank or credit card company and explain the situation.

currently working with an origin support guy to get my money refunded at the very least, seems he cant do anything about the credits lost.

I got my money back, it took a lot of talking, but i did. they seemed concerned that I wouldnt get the items i unlocked via my money... I explained that I didn't have them anyway, so it didnt matter x_o

My dillemma atm. Wondering if I should try to get my purchased Bioware points refunded back to cash or hope a fix is out soon that will restore my stuff.

I would actually try to get my money back but there is the fear of them banning my bioware/origin account because of that, effectively voiding my game licenses.

I lost 30 K after playing a match on Sunday night. I spoke with someone else who was in the party, and he also lost his payout for completing that Silver match.

i don't expect us to get anything refunded at this point. i'm a full time QA and it shouldn't take longer than a week to fix something as urgent as this. if this happened to my company we'd be there 12-16hrs a day until it was resolved and here we don't even get a damned comment. if this was any other kind of product there would be lawsuits. do like swarm242 and just dispute the charges, because the chances of getting anything back before a new non-bugged game comes out is extremely unlikely
