I can't believe some of you are happy about damaging a game just because of an ending, when the rest of the game is downright enjoyable. Already been replaying it myself. *waits for the 'you're so wrong' vitriol..*
I don't want to see Bioware suffer. But I, like a lot of people, invested a lot of time in this series that just felt cheapened by the ending. If they're willing to work with the fans on this somehow, I won't have any problems with them at all.
the ball is in bioware camp now the longer this goes on the harder it will be to fix the damage

You're right, I've done a fair bit of that, tonight, so I hold my hands up and apologise.Kilshrek wrote...
I'm liking the content of the OP. People, go back and read the OP.
Derailing the thread is counter productive.
As someone who's worked in customer service before (and currently in marketing), it's definitely a fascinating topic to keep an eye on, even without my Mass Effect fan hat on.

If I wanted to damage Mass Effect, I would be spending my time elsewhere instead of trying to get Bioware to fix it. This is how complaint management and customer retention work. If a business is not maximizing customer complaints, it's probably headed towards bankruptcy.

The more successful we are, the harder it will be to stay on message. Counter forces will ramp up their attacks.
I have no problems with counterpoint, as long as it is presented in a respectful manner. But tact is fleeting for some people.

How about a "good for you," and we can move on.
My friend is starting an ME2 playthrough without her boyfriend so she can play at her own pace (faster than him). She is intending to carry on with ME3. As much as I want to save her the heartache, I want her to be able to make her own informed decisions without my influence (even though I got her into ME1 and 2 in the first place). I think she has a vague idea of the storm surrounding this ending, but still wants to see it through. Time to sit back and wait. Maybe by the time she gets around to ME3's ending something will have come of all of this. Fingers crossed.

Thank you I needed that
Take my love.
Take my land.
Take me where I cannot stand.
I don't care,
I'm still free.
You can't take the sky from me.
Take me out to the black.
Tell 'em I ain't comin' back.
Burn the land
And boil the sea.
You can't take the sky from me.
Have no place I can be
Since I found Serenity.
But you can't take the sky from me.

We will be loud! We will be proud! We are a united fanbase that spands nations and ethnics unified for one thing and one thing only! A new ending. A satisfying ending that takes into acount for almost every decision you've made for the past five years!
Some call us crazy, other tell us to let it go! To accept it!
WE. WILL. NOT.
We will fight with our words, not with our fists!
We will NOT play multiplayer, we will NOT buy DLC, and we will NOT buy ANY comics, books, or toys until we are acknowledged.
As more and more people finish Mass Effect 3 our number will grow and our voices will become louder until Bioware confirms that we are not a minority, but that we are the majority and that our passion for this universe goes beyond what we see on our TVs or moniters. And that Bioware gives us what we diserve as long time fans. A satisfying ending!
WE WILL HOLD THE LINE!

Don't worry, I did spell check and had a sober fellow proof read. But I...may have ended the letter by saying "Cheers!"
Has anyone received any direct response?

He robbed from the rich and he gave to the poor.
He stood up to the man and gave him what for.

Gamestar Poll
50,5% this end destroys whole serie
9,5% i am dissapointed
5,6% was ok, could be better
6,7% different then expected, but still good
3,6% very good, exactly wat i've hoped for.
i think it's very clear picture.
