I am incredibly glad I took the time to go back the OP and read through all the updates. It's exhausting when you feel like you're screaming at a brick wall, while onlookers throw insults. But I love this game, and the ME universe as a whole. I need for the ending to reflect the greatness of everything that came before it.
So I'm holding the line. That means if I decide to play ME3 again [I honestly haven't been able to get over my disappointment enough to do that yet] It will be ofline, so my gameplay can't be tracked by EA/Microsoft/Raptr.com. I'm also going to encourage my younger siblings, [who due to my urging have also become huge ME fans] to do the same.
Other than that, I'm not sure what else to do other then keeping the pressure up here... But I'm open to suggestions. We must get Bioware to make this right

Take a gander at the Google and find some articles supporting our position to click on, Forbes is a safe bet. This will ensure that they stay near the first page of the search.
There's a letter-writing campagin on, as well, though the specifics of that aren't available to me at the moment.
Also, if you're feeling emotionally drained it might be wise to take a break. Monday will be the true test of the movement and we will need all your (civil) fury to come raining down on Bioware's heads once the workweek starts.

Just out of curiosity, is it reasonable to expect there won't be much further word from Bioware until monday? Or are the lights in the corporate bunker going to be burning all weekend long?
They're probably pulling overtime.

Have just caught up with the posts I missed yesterday. Very good collating by the OP and thanks to atghunter and others for continuing to contribute such valuable insights. I wonder, if perhaps one of the more motivated amongst us (with a knack for plain, concise drafting) could put some of these concepts being discussed into a more tangible form?
E.g.:
1. A concise, polite, objective list of all the problems we currently have with the ending. So that it's clear what we stand for.
2. An addendum or replacement (banish the thought!) to 'hold the line' - something that is more 'on-message' and thus hammers home our position time and again. Need the PR/Marketing folks amongst you.
In a related matter, I was wondering if there was some other way to organise better - to avoid being 'divided and conquered' by the better equipped EA publicity/marketing machine. There's clearly some very smart Mass Effect fans here and some with some valuable life/professional experience. Is it worth trying to get a few heads together and form some kind of pseudo-leadership or spokesperson group? If we can get all of the above happening - focus this ragged group into a tight, on-message army of Bioware fans, then we're going to be in a much better position going forward and we're going to be that much harder to ignore.
To that end, I would like to throw all the names of people in the OP forward. If they don't want to be 'leaders', sure, that's fine - but perhaps they could get together on MSN or something of the sort, to flesh out some of the concepts they've talked about - drafting a unified message, etc.? If they can do that initially, and then throw it back to us on the forums here for comment then I'm sure we can make some great strides.
If they DO want to accept that role as leaders, then importantly, when we end up acting exactly how EA wants us to act (fighting amongst ourselves, accepting faux olive branches) we have people to look to set us straight, encourage us, stop us from faltering, show us a path forward, etc.
The sort of almost single-minded cooperation I've witnessed in this movement is unprecedented. Even as we are, I've never seen this many fans mobilised, motivated and on-message. I have moderated for Infinity Ward for a few years now and have seen countless examples of the sort of mistakes that atghunter and the others have alluded to - gamers might have a very good point that 'matchmaking is sub-par' or 'the spawn system is far from optimal' BUT that criticism usually comes across as 'fix your [expletive] game, you guys are lazy, now point me in the direction of the DLC you're selling'. We're definitely not that, we've shown that we're better than that, but I fear the longer we go without consolidating our position, the more people we'll lose to apathy (stop caring about the issue) or despair (start getting angry and hinder our campaign).
The short of it: we need to consolidate our movement while we're still flush with numbers, I believe we need leaders.
Here's a Mission Statement. That's the first step.

Many people have been asking what the next step is going to be. There are several things planned long term, but in the short term the following is going to be done:
1. An official web site is going to be created by volunteers from the movement in order to provide a place to organize, coordinate, and communicate more efficiently.
2. We are going to continue to spread the word with a focus on media attention. I've been in contact with a few media personalities that are interested in spreading the word about the Retake movement.
3. We are going to continue recruiting our fellow Mass Effect fans that are yet to finish the game, and suffer through the ending.
4. We are going to give Bioware a little more time to respond to us directly. ME3 has been out for less than two weeks, we need to give them time to realize we aren't going away.
5. We are working on ideas to support the movement at PAX East. More details will be coming soon.
6. We hope to organize Retake supporters various ideas for shirts, bracelets, posters, fliers, and other items into a single online store to support the movement.
7. More is in the works, and further details will be provided soon!
8. We are going to HOLD THE LINE!

We will be loud! We will be proud! We are a united fanbase that spands nations and ethnics unified for one thing and one thing only! A new ending. A satisfying ending that takes into acount for almost every decision you've made for the past five years!
Some call us crazy, other tell us to let it go! To accept it!
WE. WILL. NOT.
We will fight with our words, not with our fists!
We will NOT play multiplayer, we will NOT buy DLC, and we will NOT buy ANY comics, books, or toys until we are acknowledged.
As more and more people finish Mass Effect 3 our number will grow and our voices will become louder until Bioware confirms that we are not a minority, but that we are the majority and that our passion for this universe goes beyond what we see on our TVs or moniters. And that Bioware gives us what we diserve as long time fans. A satisfying ending!
WE WILL HOLD THE LINE!

I really hope the people at PAX are smart enough to not go at all if they don't have substantial numbers. We can spin no presence at their panel as an attempt to be civil and give them some breathing room. A tiny presence plays into their narrative.

This also brings forth another call to arms. I encourage every person who is currently subscribed to The Old Republic as well as Mass Effect to forgo the $15 subscription fee this month as a protest against the PR games that have been played. When they ask why you are unsubscribing, feel free to let them know that your continued patronage as a consumer is predicated on their willingness to provide a customer experience you find satisfactory.
While I admire those who are willing to denounce EA or Bioware and refuse to buy any additional games or DLC from them until the matter is publicly discussed to their satisfaction, that will not affect the revenue or profit margins of either company for some time to come. As of now the refusing to play online is the closest to affecting them we can accomplish with Mass Effect alone. By unsubscribing from The Old Republic, we can make it clear to both companies that we are re-evaluating our continued patronage now, while this issue is relevant and fresh.
As stated several times already, do not attack the employees of BioWare, EA, or the community who happen to disagree with you. This must remain civil at all costs, but I grow more and more convinced that threats (however real) of future purchases being lost are not going to be taken seriously when those of us who purchased Mass Effect 3 have no other products to buy from them at the moment. I realize not everyone who has Mass Effect has a Star Wars account, and vice versa. But if you are like me and have been playing both since their respective launches, I cry on you to redirect your money elsewhere. If you still want something to play with that money I would recommend the Humble Indie Bundle, which also supports Child's Play Charity.
I Love Bioware and the games they make. I have been a fan as long as I can remember, but I know that oftentimes in corporations (even those who are as community-driven as BioWare) profit can influence the direction more than anything else. I urge you to fight this war with your wallets. Let them know that your money will not be given freely, it must be earned by them and at least in my own opinion they have some work to do to earn my money again. My $15 will be going to Childs Play, not The Old Republic, and I will donate each month until I deem they have earned my subscription fee once more. Each individual has that power, their discretion to use their funds for what they want. If this truly means as much to you as it does to me then I urge you to follow suit.
Then out spoke brave Horatius,
The Captain of the Gate,
To every man upon this earth
Death cometh soon or late;
And how can man die better
than facing fearful odds,
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods?

It depends on how seriously they're taking us and/or if they already have a plan in action that is behind the scenes. There is no reason that they'd be working throughout the weekend if they think that their best course of action would be to try and delay and wait it out as long as possible.
However I think that there are some people reading all of our posts and at the very least all the posts in the feedback stickies. I doubt that the higher ups are working overtime but some of the people may be closely watching what is going on not only here but on various news sites.
