EA/Bioware in Full PR Damage Control Mode *UPDATED 3/22/12, 5:28 PM UTC/GMT -4 hours*

This is my thought. We pay USD 60 to buy a incomplete game, and the money what we have paid is based on the cost that they spend to produce the game. And yet, they did not finished the game and sold it to the customers. Now, they release a DLC at the same day they release ME3. I do not agree with the people who want to pay the money for DLC to fix ending. Bioware should face the mistake and take the consequent of the mistake financially. So, I encourage people to tell your friends do not buy ME3 until they complete ME3 and keep the pressure on Bioware/EA to make them release free DLC to complete ME3.

Returned my PS3 copy of Mass Effect 3 today.
The Best Buy employee asked if I was returning the game because I was finished with it, or if I was doing it in protest. When I told him that the reason I was finished with it and the reason I was protesting it were one in the same, he just said 'Hold the line' before refunding my money.

Tell them we do not like the endings, we ask Bioware to change them. Vote with wallet, do not buy their games or DLCs.
Update your social account posts when Casey Hudson or another employee pulls another PR stunt.
Remind them that we are displeased. If we do not buy their games they won't be able to finance their company. Of course they SHOULD please us. We are customers.
Be polite, be civil but repeat the same message, that they change the endings. Twit this RT this, make them understand.
Facebook, Friendfeed, Google+, blogs, forums, everywhere... So when people will search Google they will find our posts first, and not PR stunt news of Bioware,
Hold the line!

WOW! That is a wonderful story consistering that most fan complaints on anything don't make it to the retail store.
I wonder if Best Buy is conducting their own poll or if it was just a fellow fan who happened to be an employee?

The best and only way to convince BioWare to supply a better ending is to stop buying their products until the problem has been rectified. By all means play the game you paid for, but do NOT buy multi-player packs using real cash, do NOT buy any future DLC that isn't a fix to the ending, and don't buy content for Dragon Age, SWTOR or any other EA product. If we can convince every player who is passionate about this issue to take this one step we'll get the ending Mass Effect deserves, and BioWare will win back our custom. It's that simple.
I suspect there are several hundred TOR players who are cancelling their subscription in protest, I have no concrete numbers, but there have been rumblings of subscription cancellation by various posters throughout the week, and I'm just extrapolating.
But this is the point, don't give them your money if you're protesting them
It's the most counter-productive thing you can do, and it only encourages their apathy towards us.
When you say hold the line, say it like you mean it.
Remember everyone, go to OP, read the posts and then compare them to what's been done. It may be conspiracy theory stuff, it may not be. But if it makes the difference between getting the endings the story deserves, or being dismissed as a minority who can't deal with "art", which would you rather choose?

I think now may be the time to plan a coordinated outcry for tomorrow. Bioware left their message here on Friday hoping it would placate us, but I've seen our ranks swell apace since then. It would be good to open the work week with a concerted crescendo of voices across all fronts, to show that we're not placated by empty gestures and that we still mean business. This baseline noise we've got going right now has served well to keep our feelings out there and allow the media to pick up on them, but a spectacular display of support for Retake Mass Effect tomorrow would be even more effective.

If you make an ending that hinges on your choices through the trilogy, I will buy all subsequent DLC and games that maintain the quality you have had for the past 8+ years. I will deliberately go out of my way to tell people how great this company is and how satisfying their games are.

Rest assured, the fact that I am still clinging to hope doesn't mean that I will start being counter-productive to the cause we are defending, the line we are holding.
I've always been a huge fan and merch customer but if I am indeed wrong and this is not genius marketing but poor writing, I wouldn't forgive myself for falling into such a trap.
Until we see the bottom of this issue, BW and EA can consider me a dead client.

The journey is important, I won't dispute that. However, BOTH the journey and the ending are what make a game great. There are lots of games I can play because they give me a fulfilling experience. I don't get that from ME3. If I don't get that feeling, I see no point in doing anything to support the company.
I'm all for GOOD speculation. Topics such as:
How will the Krogan act this time around? Will they follow Wrex's ideals and try to live with other species? Or will they try to start another Rebellion?
What will the Geth do? Will they also join the galactic community, or will they go back to being isolated?
What will happen with the Batarian society? Will they try to rebuild their old government, or will they try to go to something new?
(I'm sure there is plenty more that can be debated, these are just examples I can give off the top of my head.)
THESE questions aren't really answered in the game. These questions leave room for discussion where players can debate what they think will happen. This is good speculation. The ending as it was given to us is shoddy work.

Fear of the ending which i don't know what they are about but im told it could upset me tot he point of breaking my console.
the Importing save issue put me off the game.
the co op is weak it okay if you just want relax time but it will die pretty quickly because the replay value of co op is not rewarding enough.
I did see the weekend PR stunt though and it just made me upset that they try to bribe us
Or at the very least play up until Marauder Shields tries to kill you.

I feel the same way. I spent $80 on the CE of ME3 (I own the CE of all three games). I have shelled out quiet enough money between the 3 games and all their DLC; I feel I have spent enough money at this point that I deserve a decent ending that makes sense and brings closure without having to spend more.
Will I buy more ME3 DLC if the ending is fixed? Absolutely, I'll buy it all. But I'm not buying anything else Bioware created until we RetakeMassEffect.

Already started doing this, and explaining to people exactly why. Best analogy I have for people who don't want it spoiled or who have no idea what ME even entails is:
At the end of Lord of the Rings, imagine Frodo throws the One Ring into Mount Doom, and we watch the mountain erupt while he standing on the ledge. Then, the scene cuts to the Shire, where the other members of the fellowship are waking up, and Gandalf discovers he can no longer use magic.
It's a little rough, but the reactions so far have been universally negative. I'll take refinements to it if anyone has some ideas.
Hold the line.
