Do not become discouraged. Do not lay down and accept this abuse. We cannot give up on this game, we will not go quietly into the night. This is our time to stand for what we need, for what we deserve.
We will hold the line!

The whole mp event and this statement are just tactics to get the disgruntled fans to go quiet. This will allow sales to pick back up, let them spin doctor more and Possibly even get those fans to buy the coming pre-ending dlc such as omega.

If we want the ending to be addressed, then we must not give in.

Well said we must continue to hold the line until we have won a real victory, not just seen some posts here and on Twitter.

Hold the line as long as it takes people.

Hadn't thought about it but one way to get their attention is to stop playing the game and uninstall. Either till they commit to something or for certain amount of time(like a week). They are tracking everything in-game.

Here's hoping that if we rattle the tree enough we can get The Truth.

I'd so very, very badly hoped that it was true, too. =/

You know this is actually wearing away a little at my tried and true cynicism. I've never seen firsthand how social media can make waves like this.

I don't think he realizes that "most passionate fans" are the one who backed this game up and made this game to top sci-fi game within 5 years.

And the ones who, through word-of-mouth recommendations, expanded the game's reach to friends, co-workers, and family members.  There are so many girlfriends, boyfriends, spouses, mothers, fathers, etc. who never saw themselves as gamers, but decided to give the Mass Effect series a try due to the influence of a passionate fan.

Heh. My mon isn't even a gamer, Hell, she's tech-illiterate to the point of barely being able to read her own e-mail, but after having a look into the whole ME3-controversy, she was all like "What the Hell is wrong with those corporate idiots?" Yeah, she's articulate like that.

My sister was an avid fan of Sims and the like, but she's apparently starting to find it somewhat tedious. She asked me to recommend a game, and naturally I said "Mass Effect. Allthough, I think you should check out user reviews of all 3 games first." Which, by the way is a piece of advice I give to anyone about every game, not just ME3. My sister hated the whole Baldur's Gate-series, even though I'm a fan, but she tried it after reading the grades people gave it online.

And she did. She read online reviews for a while. She was all like "Hey, the first two got great reviews! Maybe I ought to try that." However, after reading reviews of ME3, the tune had changed to "Hmm. Nevermind. You know of any OTHER games?"

Not replaying the game at all is also an option..I know we have all paid for it, but if we don't play they will know because they actively upload and look at our preferences and stats.

Quit playing the game if you are unsatisfied.

If this group can withstand the smear campaign leveled at them already by Kotaku, IGN, PennyArcade and other gaming sites, it can withstand anything.

The smear doesn't matter. What matters is keeping the momentum alive. The second the furror dies down, we lose.

Some interesting EA sales going on this weekend. I wonder why.. >.>

So now Batman: Arkham City is supposed to lift ME3 to a salesworthy state? That's a sad statement in and off itself. :P
