Our choices should matter - Hold The Line

A line in the sand can be crushed by waves.
A line in the dirt can be scattered by winds.
The line in our hearts and minds can never be torn away.
Hold The Line!

Every bit of news that is not them fixing it is bad news.
Every time this happens we have to redouble our efforts. Every slip, every cover up, has to make us shout louder. If we let this die, we lose.
Just ask yourself, "what would Marauder Sheilds do?".
Fixed.

Great advice and I was so glad to hear from you again!
Going to bed and remember Mass Effect tweeters have been saying the same thing since Friday, no DLC for ending but listening and requesting our response/ideas/feedback.
For my Commander Shepherd I am going to "Hold the Line"

The fact that these tweets are getting deleted should be cheering people up if anything. That's a huge sign we're getting through.
They're certainly taking notice. There's no doubt they're listening, and treading lightly. I don't think they've "got it" yet, but I have hunch someone is ringing the alarms and telling others that they might want to consider our demand to see the ending(s) addressed.
Might be better if I said ending(s)?
It's a sad state of affairs when it's BIOWARE of all companies to have fans in an uproar over their endings. Their titles are among some of the most epic, fulfilling, complete stories in all of video games...and they dropped the ball at the close of one of their most successful titles.
Still wrapping my head around it. It's like I'm in bizarro world. I accepted DA2 because they tried a bit too hard with too many new things (and that doesn't excuse the recycled dungeons) but really, that should have been the ultimate red flag.
Even then, ME3 was so hard to mess up. It was 99% amazing.
Ugh. I need a drink.

Guys this was a misinformed individual who is helping us on our social media channels during our launch period. Nothing has changed I'm terms of the feedback we're gathering. If we had made a decision regarding this matter, we would have relayed it in a formal announcement.
I'm so proud of everyone who has been participating in surveys, polls, threads that politely address concerns and the overall positive nature of our community. Don't forget that many issues people had with DA2 was directly addressed with DLC like Legacy. This is a serious matter and I promise that our leadership is hearing your feedback.
Stay the course guys. This was a mistake within our internal communications, not a leak or announcement.
I'm locking this thread to avoid further confusion.

Have you ever heard the term, "Any news is good news"? I think that really applies here. I think as long as something brings attention to this issue, we will gain in strength and/or hold strong.
That doesn't mean we should sit around. I agree, be louder. But we shouldn't be louder just because sketchy news pops up. We should be louder just for the sake of being louder!
Keep up the pressure. Be polite. Hold the line!

This guy really gives an excellent idea on how to fix the ending.
IF the ending was something like what he suggests my god the ME series would be the best game series i would have ever played. Overtaking FF6 and Suikoden 2 on my all time RPG list.

Hi there, I'v never posted on a Bioware forum before and I wouldn't usualy but I felt the need to add some support to this effort, I was wondering if anyone had any directions they could give me as to how I could best support the RetakeME3 campaign as someone who believes the trilogy is 99% fantastic and that 1% is redeemable.
Thanks for spending time on an ignorant (and probably annoying) newbie
Welcome to the BSN! Thank you for coming and you will find the solace you seek here, but it won't shake your burning desire for new endings. I have a few ideas as to what you could start doing.
Read the first post in this thread, it's long, but worth it, and it will keep your senses sharp as you trudge through ankle-deep PR spin.
After you've done that, there are a bunch of things you could do.
Like the facebook group here: www.facebook.com/DemandABetterEndingToMassEffect3
Donate to Child's Play in support of the cause: social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/355/index/9845819/1
Head out into the BSN and start engaging, but don't tire yourself out. Tomorrow is a big hurdle, as it is the first day of the work week and the first day that Bioware will be checking in officially on how their weekend PR went. That is the day to make your voice loudest. Post here, on facebook, on twitter, anywhere to show that you are holding the line in support of changes to the endings.
Remember, above all, remain civil in all your dealings here on the BSN, it is a core tenet of what we're about. We all love Bioware and we know they can make it right.
Our Choices Should Matter - Hold the Line
You just made an old gamer proud Sir. /salute
Honestly, I'd send this to anyone who is newly arriving here. If I got here and received this welcome, I'd bake you cookies!
Fine post. A fine post indeed!

She's just trying to save face. I don't believe her until we get an official statement - and since she admits that the pictures are real, One more war asset acquired.
Hold. The. Line.

That's the hardest part for me as well. It's like right as they were about to reach the trilogy's finish line in record time, they suddently for no reason decided to swerve off a cliff. I'm still impressed (in a cynical way) that were able to retroactively ruin an entire 100+ hour trilogy in under half an hour, I'm mean that's gotta be tough to do.

we fought amoughst ourselves to come out stronger but before that we held the line
we were fed false information and did not take the bait but before that we held the line
we were offered a mp event to calm us down and it did not work but before that we held the line
so until we get what we want WE WILL HOLD THE LINE
