I think Jessica is an asset for us. She is supporting and advocating for us and we should stop treating her like an enemy. She is a good person doing a tough job and doing it well. She quit posting ME on her twitter for valid reasons she explained earlier. I judge her as sincere and honest and I don't see how looking for conspiracy theories in everything she says advances our goals at all.

Let's be honest... It is her job to appear honest, sincere, supporting and advocating. 
She is PR after all... She would not be PR person if she could not appear all those cushy things even if she was actually gritting her teeth with seething rage.

Hell, it is even easier in written form as we cannot tell anything of her body language.

True, she might be genuine thing, but we should remember that it is part of her job to try to defuse the movement.

I'm expressing my opinions on the subject. Since I think my opinions fit well within the thread topic I don't see how it can be considered trolling. Do you honestly beleive, with this huge clamp down and consideration on any materials coming out of EA and Bioware, that there was no interference by PR in ANY of Merizan's posts?

Bioware and EA have destroyed a lot of the good will they have built up over the years with this game, and they have done little to re-kindle it. Enkindlers are a DLC extra, remember?

That's a whole lot of assumption going on.  If you read Ray's statement, it sounds more like they're just going to put in the cut investigative dialogue with space god child thing.

Edit: Same goes for the other articles you've posted.  Looks like the media has jumped the gun.

I understand your opinions. I honestly think they have no ground. Ms. Merizan was simply letting her opinions be heard. It was not official, in fact a good majority of her posts were at 3 in the morning. We have let this whole mess go. It would be best if we continue on with our movement. Hold the line!

Everyone let's just stay on message. Whatever Ms. Merizan said or was meant by it etc is not important in the grand scheme of things. What is important is that we remember what we all came to this forum for. We have had a statement from Mr. Muzyka saying that they will provide more clarity and closure but I for one would still like to know how that ending came into being in the first place. Why did they think that going against their own lore and against the behaviour of characters that they created was a way to provide closure? Nitpicking twitter posts etc is helping no one, let's refocus on the important stuff!

Lets try to put this Jessica business to rest and get back to what we were doing. We've payed her plenty of attention and it's done now, we can't afford to be derailed.

True, she might be genuine thing, but we should remember that it is part of her job to try to defuse the movement. 

I think she's like us to be happy customers. I feel positive she doesn't view us as enemies and I know I don't view her as one, some of the folks out here are like a dog with a bone with anything she says. I definitely trust her and while I understand that some of us don't or simply won't trust anyone at Bioware I still hold that working with her is way better than working against her.

Nah. Did you read Dr. M's post? It's pretty much the same thing we've been getting from BW since Day 1. Nothing has changed yet.

Seriously.  Creating conspiracy theories out of thin air makes us look like the people that noone takes seriously.

The biggest problem with that is it looks like specific sites and people are looking to head hunt. They're targeting specific comments to make their judgements, taking things out of context, and using it as a means to show those who don't know about, don't want to know about, or don't know where to find information stating the true nature of the situation.

I've stumbled on a few places already where they take things like 'demanding a new ending' and just assume that is all there is to it, without realizing that many of those people aren't saying simply that. They're pointing at all the things said officially by BioWare prior to launch and citing those as reasons behind their complaints.

I'm just keeping it to the point. When someone asks me why I want a new ending, I tell them; All I want is for BioWare to make the ending of Mass Effect 3 what they said it would be in the first place; a player decision shaped conclusion.

Then I point them at the interviews and comments BioWare made.

As a side note, I was on the fence for a while after my experience with the ending. Played the neutral card if you will. I took my time to look into both sides. What BioWare said, what the people here said, what review sites, my roommate, and my brothers said. I came to the conclusion that I would side with the people here. I've got some ideas as to why BioWare's statements might not be seen by themselves as false, but all of those aren't normally something that match up to what a gamer would think of.

I don't think we need to dissolve into discussions about the 'lastest PR stunt' or whatever you might want to call it. If you feel wronged, say so, say why, and leave it at that. Cite sources they can't dodge. Be civil about it.

I did read it, I understood it. I just found these and felt they should be passed along.
