That's a whole lot of assumption going on.  If you read Ray's statement, it sounds more like they're just going to put in the cut investigative dialogue with space god child thing.

Three different articles though. Two of which are actually news. I understand this might be speculation, but it's hope.

I've read several articles since Ray's statement came out yesterday.  All of them involved a healthy does of speculation.  Its nice that the article is being referenced, so that others can know about it, but really none of thos articles add significance.  Ray's message is the clearest indication we've had that something is coming down the pipe, and it reamins the only important official response we've had yet.

Key thing is 'official response.' The message is more than across. Just stick to your reasons and goals. All we can do is to keep showing them we're not forgetting about it if they close their eyes to it. The ball is basically in BioWare's court at this point, we just need to make sure they remember we're not leaving the field because of that.

Can a statement from anyone with a title like this be taken as anything other then corporate double-speak? If people take his statement as an excuse to calm down and go away, I completely expect Bioware to announce that the ending will be expanded on in a new graphic novel or something.

I don't think it's fair that they're only giving the game 1 star - personally I think the game taken as a whole was amazing, by far the best out of the 3 because you see the consequences of previous decisions. It was just seriously let down by the ending. The 1 star isn't fair and I don't think it's going to help us in the long run.

Much of it is, of course, coached in PR terms.  The point I zeroed in to was that we'd get more details in April.  So, in roughly two weeks we can start expecting Bioware to talk to us about how they're going to handle the fact that the most vocal loyal part of their fanbase is almost (almost) united in their negative rection to the last fifteen minute of this series' finale.

And yes, nothing in that statement precludse the idea that they way they handle it is through a different medium.  I'd considered that already.  It...won't go over well with the above-mentioned fanbase.  Not well at all.  Hopefully they can already see that.

^ As we discussed earlier, it has really only been confirmed as "denied" by Chirs. The account seems to have existed for a long time, and the poster was well known as being a senior Bioware writer. This was not an annonymous post. I'm significantly less convinced that it is "fake" after having this explained to me by others.

@ Jessica and the rest of Bioware, No matter what our thoughts are on the ending, we love you guys and the games you make and the fact that you are listening to us is awesome.

Even after my frustrations, sadness, Not wanting to buy a bioware product again in my most depressed state and even though that hasn't changed until I see what you guys do with DLC, I respec you all a lot and thank you for all the hard work and effort you have put into this game and everything before and after it. They have changed my life for the better and I've had amazing hours of fun and nothing will ever tarnish that.

Personally i gave 5stars(or whatewer) on metacritic.
Game was almost perfect(non existant galaxy exploration, stupid cruicible which no one knows how it work but commit all resources) untill the ending which killed it for me.
I cant play single player anymore(and i completed both me1 and me2 dozen times).

Totally true. Nice to hear that someone in Bioware might agree with the fanbase, but it doesn't amount to anything.

^ It's the content that makes it believable. Since I was already convinced that what it describes is what actually did happen. 

Patrick Weekes confirmed via twitter more then a week ago that the ending was written solely by the lead writer.
