I think at this point the consensus is that we've agreed to disagree.  On the one hand, both Bioware AND CVG (the organization the poster claimed to work for) have discounted this, and if it were true, I think other, less EA-dependent websites might call their bullsh*t if the preview copy were so wildly different from the released game.

On the other hand, it could be the work of one brave reviewer who's decided to buck the trend, and now has both Bioware and CVG scambling to try and deny deny deny.

Believe what you will, in my opinion it's just a little too...convenient for my tastes.

I think he lost any credibility he had (which was close to zero already. I mean, who is this guy?) when his initial rant on the topic kicked off with him revealing that he didn't even know who worked on the game. The man knows nothing.

ive turned into a lurker on these forums Atm i have said on this thread but mostly on others how i feel about the ending (I love/d the rest of the game its after you get knocked out by Harbingers beam does not fit)
but i will reply to anything that deserves one

What I don't get about all those snide articles that basically tell us to shut the <bleep> up, and that we're just angry fanboys trying to compromise artistic integrity... sure, Bioware does have the right to stick to its guns and tell us to cry moar.

But when did that suddenly become mutually exclusive with us giving feedback and voting with our wallets? They shouldn't be forced to change the ending (and it's not like we can actually force them) but neither should we be forced to complacently accept an artistic vision we disagree with.
